I just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing attendant working the drive-through car wash today! I get unnecessarily anxious going through them and lose all common sense. I drive a Tesla and have always struggled getting it into neutral, but she was able to tell me how to do it. I don't know her name, but whoever you are thank you so much for not treating me like an idiot! Services: Polishing, Car waxing

Super super convenient! Strong vacuums, trash bins at vacuums not overflowing and facility/area was clean in general, free rags and window cleaning fluid available. Didn't use the wash itself, just the vacuums, but I wish they'd expand to Alaska! Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Went thru the car wash and had small issue. Waited to talk to the manager Trish and I can't believe how amazing and kind she was over the whole thing. I actually dreaded going thru the whole process but she immediately made me feel calm and at ease. She heard me out and we were able to work everything out. Also I should say the staff was extremely helpful in between waiting to hear from her (she was off which is why I had to wait a day). I will recommend this car wash to family and friends because they value their customers and acrually want the customer to be happy in the end. They maintain their locations unlike others. No excuses. No hassle or resistance at all. Amazing place with amazing people.

Me and another driver were trapped in our cars in the wash cycle, and told not to exit our vehicles. I was ultimately hit from behind three times by the van behind me because of a lack of space between the vehicles in the wash. They turned everything off, and told us it was fine, but when they turned the wash on again, I was repeatedly hit from behind by the other vehicle in the automatic tracks pushing us through. Super terrifying and terrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. ☹️

First automatic car wash experience and it was so simple easy and fun! I don't know why but I just couldn't stop giggling the entire time I loved every second of it XD Oh also the car was quite clean after ~
