Don’t waste your time going there for parking in the afternoon. It’s practically the only truck stop around and its small. Go for shower and/or fuel.

This location declines everytime I go there. All but a couple employees treat customers as if they are a burden that they despise. They use your "Loves points"without asking, they choose your gas grade for you so you spend more money and get less fuel. Employees spend more time socializing less time cleaning and restocking. The manager has a no care attitude..it's mind boggling Truckers spend more money on fuel there a month than the employees make you'd think they would treat customers way better than they do and take some pride in their job. Other locations are different most employees are helpful, nice and actually work.

Had a great experience at the shop today! They took care of my problem fast, no hassle! Totally recommend this place. Even dough it’s a tough job handling so many trucks in a tiny Truck stop, they made my day!

Great customer service provided by clerks. The security is very stone walled not returning even a greeting. Must be a hard job. - I've done private security for 10 years itemizing logistics, but it's okay to be customer service oriented. Yes, no one is your friend, but interactions with the public is okay.

Yes, the shower I was in was fuzzy with mold! Gross. And yes I had to prove I was aCDL driver! And yes there was a guard in there with a bullet proof vest!. The parking is tight, this LOVEs is like us all. Not perfect, we all get fuzzy sometimes. We can't take it personally and it's not that serious. Keep it moving trucker! Enjoy your shower and have a fabulous day and i hope you get the best load ever out of Washington!

This place is horrible! Even before the construction upgrade in 2017-2018 it was much easier to find a space to park a truck and trailer. It was a sh1thole when it was a Flying J then Love's but it was easier to find a parking space. Now... You arrive there at 8am, no space available. Noon... No space available. 5pm, 10pm, 3am... same thing, no space for parking. Road circulation around are one-way. Really not an ideal spot for overnight parking or 34-hr log reset. Because the Port of Tacoma is just behind, lots of drivers park there for extended periods of time. Either you park at FJ in Arlington exit 208 or the Pilot or the brand new Flying J in Tumwater exit 99. But avoid this Fife/Tacoma Love's at all costs!

The cashier at diesel side was extremely rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. I asked if they had wrenches for sale and he said "whatever is on the shelf is available". Dirty bathrooms and parking lot had shady people loitering. Never coming back here. Not worth it.

We’ve had problems now twice with this location. We were told to move our van out of spot because according to security “there’s no overnight parking.” No signs around the spot indicating this. They said if we wanted to sleep overnight we would have to take up a trucker’s spot, which we didn’t want to since it seemed unfair to them. They also don’t offer showers to non-licensed CDL driver’s. Never had an issue at a Love’s before since I thought it was traveler friendly but this location is definitely not that.

Convenience is about the only plus to this location. The parking lot is usually full and over crowded. I see transients wandering around the lot almost every time I come by. ( several times a month )

Still not enough truck parking because of the owner. This guy has more bobtail parking than trailer parking. There is 3 restaurants inside. Needs triple the parking, even with the extra lot they have which is too small too. And the tire pass inflation system is broken. Because of the small lot.
