This is the perfect place for a beer and snacks run. There's very little parking -- that's an upside, not a downside. I only wish they had a bicycle rack.

Recently renovated inside, it's now a lot bigger, everything is spaced out s little better. Everytime I've been in, the staff has always been pleasant and the prices are very reasonable.

Warm drinks! I think this store has gone downhill but it still has great selection. The fridges are set for 65° and that is gross!

A little convenience store...in a sketchy area, but workers there keep people in their place. I went at night and it was a bit scary, but I felt the worker had things under control. He had a guy giving him some attitude and the worker immediately had things under control and defused the situation and had the customer under control and out the door. I guess he is used to his customers and don't take no "you know what" from them. 🙂 Thanks worker for helping me feel safe!

The new owners stink. They say they have no coins. so they steal $.83. not a huge amount of money but why rip off your customers.

I would stop there in the past to get lottery tickets. They stock similar products as any convenience store, and I liked being able to go in and out without a huge line. UPDATE: If I could give them a -0- today I would. I do not shop at this store any longer. As mentioned above, I had gone there to buy my lottery tickets but after several interactions of deception with the staff at this store I stopped my patronage. I know some people are wondering what happened? To be brief, the last straw was when I had purchased Power Ball and Mega Millions tickets. I presented a winning ticket for $2 and my pre filled scan cards. I also let the cashier know I would use the $2 winner to buy a new Power Ball ticket. After scanning the players cards, I was told they didn't scan. I went to fill out new cards giving them back to cashier letting them scan the new playing cards for my lottery tickets. The cashier then preceded to tell me I owed $4. I said no I gave you a winning ticket so I owe $2. I was presented with 2-Power Ball and 1-Mega Millons ticket but cashier would not give me any of them saying that I owed $4. Back and forth this went on until I let them keep one of the lottery tickets and $1 so I could get out of there. It felt like I had been extorted to say the least, and this was the second time a worker at this store had pulled a scam on my purchase of lottery tickets.

Love the nice family that runs this store and the selection. Agree there should be a bike rack... But little neighborhood corner stores like this are important! Help keep Big Willie's around for years to come.

Great staff has tons of nick nacks and random cool stuff also has alot of the popular corner store items that always seem to ve sold out at other places (talking bout the puff bars) which are buy two get one free at the moment cant beat it

Great little neighborhood store. Always there when I need them. A while back a family that immigrated here purchased the store from "Big Willy" and they really add to the fabric of our neighborhood. Really nice people.
