I can't speak highly enough of my great experience with Leo Carroll. The quality and customer service were top notch, the prices were great, and it was nice to see such a well-run and longstanding family business! Couldn't recommend this place more! When my wife and I came to look at (men's) wedding bands, the owner and his wife were exceptionally polite, patient, and helpful in narrowing down our choices with pros/cons of each selection. Shortly after buying my ring, I realized that it was a bit loose (despite getting sized at the store). The owner gladly swapped out a smaller ring for me at no additional cost, and a replacement was shipped right away. He even offered to let me keep the bigger ring in the meantime if I wanted. Unfortunately, it turned out the replacement ring was still too big! And I didn't realize this until AFTER our wedding and honeymoon (once I actually started wearing the ring more, and the weather started getting cooler). I was embarrassed to come back a second time for a smaller size, and was certain they would charge me (it had been several months since the last exchange). Instead, the owner gladly exchanged the ring again at no cost, and couldn't have been more pleasant. I truly enjoyed every interaction with the owner and his wife, and love the ring I bought (even though it took a couple tries). Thank you so much!

I went in only to get a new watch band, but the staff were wonderful. Very nice and considerate. And the price was very good. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service, and the ring came out beautifully! I was looking to reset an heirloom stone, and they were so patient with me trying on lots of different styles and offering tips and advice along every step. An established family business with unbeatable prices and excellent service!

We had a wonderful experience at Leo Carroll Jewelers! They did not have the proper equipment to resize the particular ring we brought in. However, they kindly provided names of other jewelers who would be able to help, and they took the time to help us figure out our ring size. Would absolutely return in the future!

Fantastic customer service and beautiful jewelry at a great family run business. My wife and I bought our wedding bands here and we were impressed with the quality and value of what we got - as well as the kindness and the owners. Over 4-5 visits, they sat with us and helped us find the perfect wedding bands - even ordering special variants from their suppliers to give us more options. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

This place is so lovely, you couldn't ask for a better jeweler. Sean spent about an hour very patiently and sweetly helping me try on wedding bands and making suggestions until I found the one I liked the best, I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. He and the woman working there (sorry, didn't get her name!) were so friendly and helpful, my partner and I really felt looked after. Sean even cleaned and polished my engagement ring while I took ages deciding on a band. We picked up our bands today and couldn't be happier with them (and he cleaned and polished my engagement ring again for me!). The selection is great and the prices are very reasonable, and we love that it's a local, family-run business. We'll be recommending Leo Carroll to anyone who will listen, and will definitely come back for any future jewelry needs. Thanks again, Sean!

I’ve been coming here for years, even though I moved out of the area a while back. Specifically, about 8 years ago was my first visit- my husband and I came here to pick wedding bands, and even though I had to try on almost every single band in the store to try to find one that worked with my engagement ring, I eventually found the perfect ring. They also appraised my engagement ring for a very reasonable cost, and have been excellent for anything I’ve needed them for. Plus, as a bonus, S&S is downstairs and you can swing by for some delicious brunch afterwards!
