The people working in Barnes and Noble were some of the friendliest and patient people I have ever met. I was trying to find a book with very little information about it and these people went above and beyond to help me. They also made some really great recommendations in which I bought. Excellent store and customer service. Store was clean and so we're the bathrooms.

Probably my second time in a barnes and noble? Super cool. Lots of book genres + comfy places to read them. The employees are very nice, too. I accidentally knocked over a couple books and was super flustered while putting them back but they assured me it happens all the time to ease the embarrassment haha. Proceeded to ask me if I was finding everything alright. Very thoughtful. The cashier was also really cool. Said that she has the membership and explained how helpful and money-saving it actually was. Good marketing, very sincere. 10/10

Came here to spend a gift card I received. Got some interesting books selection was fine for a major company, nothing special as is pretty typical at Barnes and Noble. Overheard employees arguing about who would be helping reorganize a section which wasn't great.

I’m happy to be here! Great book selections and a Starbucks cafe inside.

found that the classic literature section was pretty limited. I tried asking the lady if they had different translations, she said they don’t have them in different languages.. I’m like LADY THESE BOOKS ARENT ORIGINALLY WRITTEN IN ENGLISH. I don’t think she got it though. Classics are translated differently, changing the tone of stories. Would love to see more translations of classics and options.

Barnes & Noble used to be a fun place to browse, especially on a rainy afternoon. But a lot has changed since covid. Gone are the rows and rows of books to lose track of time in. Gone are all great gift ideas, boxed games, role playing dice and many other interesting items. They seemed to have reduced their inventory. The fiction books are now arranged in a large U shape where once there were rows and rows of books. The rest of the store layout is not very customer friendly. As I walked around trying to make sense of the arrangement, I found myself with no way out, having to reverse my steps to get out of that book section just to find myself in yet another maze. Going to Barnes & Noble is no longer a fun and enjoyable experience for me.

Front register employee was cold and not welcoming at all. She acted as my family offended her just for being in the store. We spent $40 on books. We appreciate the few staff employees who said hello, but we don't feel comfortable going back.

I love this place. I can spend 2 hours here and it feels like 30 minutes. The salespeople are so friendly and happy to help you. They have no problem showing me recommendations if I'm looking for something new or leaving me alone if I want to browse. I like small bookstores, but BN is cool, too.

It's still hard to beat a physical bookstore especially with kids. Barnes and Noble have done a great job of trying to stay relevant and competitive. They have a great selection of books and atmosphere. Great customer service as well. Not the cheapest place to buy books but is a fun time with the family.

Great bookstore. It's nice to still have a place where you can peruse the book before buying it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
