Order a burger with an extra piece of cheese on it and I will bet you money they won't put it on there. How lazy do you have to be to ignore an instruction to put an extra piece of cheese on a burger? You can clearly read all the other things that I didn't want on my burger but anytime I ask for an extra piece of cheese they just don't. For whatever reason

Always messes up your order. Don't give you the correct numbers of equal or creamer you ask for. Seems to not care about the consumers at all. Only making money. I usually ask for 4 creams for 2 coffee, 2 in each. 8 equal, 4 in each. Fat chance on getting them so I have to throw my coffee away, not fair. Side order of eggs are cooked so hard and tastes so nasty,,no option to add cheese to your eggs for delivery. My order is always messed up but this is where my order goes to for grubhub delivery.

Would be nice if they'd cut their exterior lights and signage on at night. More often than not you pass the location before you see it because it's the only business that's completely dark in the area. And it gets VERY dark. 🤓 Kid-friendliness: No play area, although they own additional land to the rear that's used for large vehicle parking but has a football field of unused space behind and beside it. Parking: Large vehicle parking to the rear and a pull off area across the side street that is big enough for one tractor trailer. Also shares it's lot in an open flow concept with the Comfort Inn and Suites.

Not as long of a wait if you were to go inside instead of ordering through the drive-through. The employees were professional and appeared to work well together. The inside of the building looked nice but lacked frequent sanitization.

The experience gets worse with each visit. This used to be my go-to McDonald's, but between a mostly inconsiderate staff and missing things on the orders, I only go as a last resort. Plus, they are the close to home. At least the food is always hot despite the wait times...

Decided to get breakfast out this morning. I ordered the steak, egg & cheese bagel. I must add that the bagel was toasted perfectly! I would have liked to have a little bit more onion on there. But, it was still really good! Great service!

My family is on a 12 hour road trip back towards NY. We stopped at this McDonald’s to take a break with our 3 year old and 8 month old. The staff was SO LOVELY. Big shout out to Felicia, who went above and beyond to make a long trip special for our 3 year old. Also, super fresh food.

I wish McDonald’s would stop hiring people who don’t have any semblance of customer skills or kindness to work the drive thru. If the chicks weren’t busy being rude and nasty then they would have remembered to put both of my kids fries in the bag. Should have believed the yelp reviews.

This the only mcdonalds I been to and seen a couch instead of actual chairs. Inflation must not be hurting mcdonalds but so bad. They done upgraded to a couch. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap by the door

This location has gone down hill, not physically, the building is practically still brand new (remodel), but service. More often than not drive thru staff just really does not want to be there, and it shows. The kicker today was I paid cash ($20) for my order ($6) and was handed back $1.08 as change!!! If that wasn't enough, pick up my order at the next window, and it too is incorrect. The excuse I got was "we're transitioning between breakfast and lunch". They used to stop serving breakfast at 10:30am, now it's back to 11am. To the manager's credit, he did try to make it right when I went inside to have my order corrected, so maybe there is hope for this location.
