Good food made fresh to order but some tacos had sour cream that were not supposed to have any. Not a huge deal but a bit of an annoyance. This location is typically on-point for accommodating special requests accurately. Friendly staff and nice environment. Clean and bright. Definitely my favorite local area Taco Bell location.

I've went there 3 times and not ate there once the line was too long and the wait was too long I go out of my way to go to the other tacobell near highway 95 because at least they are fast my gf is there now and is having the same issue so it's best to just avoid it

It was around 7pm on a Tuesday and there was maybe 2 or 3 cars in line. The service was terrible. It took almost 35 minutes to place an order. Then took another 10 minutes at window to get the food. Very very slow service at night.

Order was wrong, went inside and told her, she gave me attitude and then when I ask for my money back, she would not do it because I had no receipt because she didn’t give me one through the drive thru …..good set-ups for the employees , get them some free money or free nasty food. Thanks for the experience, I’ll never go back, it smelled really bad inside. I understand why there was only one car there other than me 👎

I don't like to go through the drive through, what I saved for lunch today was not what I ordered , but what I had for dinner was good 😊 the dining room was closed. Couldn't have washed my hands, so I could eat my crunchy taco, before it gets soggy and breaks.🤷 I don't care for chicken, love the ground beef. So if you can't substitute beef for chicken let me know, I will order something else.

In the drive thru, I requested for a #8 regular. Employee asked regular or supreme, I said regular. She then asked again if I wanted regular or supreme, I repeated regular. I was then charged for and given a supreme when explicitly not requested, even after asked for clarification. Like, seriously? Waste of food and waste of time -- saving grace was that they gave me the wrong food quickly, I guess.

Owner needs to ask employees why they are closing drive Thru 45mins early I personally seen this happen twice in one week.. next time I'll video record the per recorded message from drive thru. And the worthless workers that are working when message is played in drive thru..

Stopped here to grab a breakfast with my daughter and the lobby was closed. On the door it stated that they open up at 10 AM however this location sometimes has short staff and the lobby will be closed and you can only order through the drive-through. The Taco Bell employee was nice enough to open the doors for my daughter and I So we could use the restroom and place an order. This location has a large diamond section and on some of the larger tables electrical outlets are available. They also have a super fast check out kiosk inside.

Good service, good inexpensive food, clean dining area ... perhaps the largest, newest, cleanest Taco Bell location in the tri-cities and Richmond. Getting a manager to look up from her personal cellphone to acknowledge you as a guest , a huge opportunity!
