On a trip we stopped here for just fries and they tasted like the oil they fried with was old and clearly out anytime in the past two years. Plus no salt on the fries. No garbage pails outside is bad for those who eat outside in their car as well. The bathroom was shockingly spotless and clean. Only giving a 1 star for the clean bathroom, just food would be a 0 at this specific Hardee's location.

Place was clean but maybe too clean. There were no napkins on the tables. My burger was cold. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. We fined in and was not given a tray.

stopped here to get a chicken sandwich (drive thru). Ordered a chicken sandwich. Got a bag, got back to my hotel, and low and behold... some kind of beef patty with swiss cheese and mushrooms. There are three things in food I do not eat: Beef. Swiss Cheese. Fried/cooked/Sauteed mushrooms. Thanks, Hardees, for charging me way too much for some fries and giving me the most disgusting sandwich you could possibly have given me. Ugh. revolting. You need better quality control, somewhere, because I think I was the only customer in the drive thru, so who's order did you mess mine up with?

Ham and Cheese half cooked.Manager was rude.Took forever to receive a drink,milkshake,and ham sandwich in the drive thru.No one inside and I was the only one in the drive thru.

Excellent customer service. Although my order took much longer than expected, it was hot and fresh. Downside was the taste was not as expected but I would visit again. Parking: Sufficient parking

I ordered then spent at least 15 minutes at the window waiting. Got my drink immediately. After about 10 minutes they tried to hand me the drinks for the car behind me. Then they asked to see my receipt. Another 5-10 minutes and I got my order without any consolation about how long I had been waiting. The hot dog seemed to be on a stale bun and the chicken sandwich was not the one I had ordered. There are other Hardee's not too far. I hope it's not the same franchise.

Speaker in drive thru didn't work. My husband ordered just the burger #1 on menu. The young man taking the order couldn't hear him, so he ended up with the meal. He asked for no cheese. Took forever. The burger only had a thin slice of tomato, no ketchup, mustard, lettuce, etc. Tea tasted like it had been sitting in refrigerator for days.

The employees were sitting at a table in the dining room and didn't acknowledge that I was at the register to order until I turned around to leave. Then one of them stood up and asked me if I was ready to order. After taking my order, she and the other employee went to the back and prepared my one hot ham and cheese sandwich. I only ordered the sandwich and it was to go. I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.

We stopped at the Hardee's in colonial heights next to interstate 95. It's 1:30pm. It was a little busy. I wasn't sure what to expect. But I have to say my visit was great. We got the tenders. All the food was hot and fresh. The tables were clean and the employees were all very nice. We will be back when in the area.
