Came in to get oil and and a filter for my Mercury Grand Marquis. Man was I lucky to have Bashir helping me! He knows htese cars better than me and my pal. He recommended a Motorcraft Oil that's made just for this engine. It's a synthetic blend and it's good stuff. Please recognize Bashir was being A+. I'll be back for sure.

Amazing service! Bachir C. helped me out today and was so professional! My wife was stranded up the street in Tysons and after trying to jump her car was unsuccessful, we looked up closest Advance Auto location. Bachir found a replacement, offered to change out the battery for us, but since it was at the dentist parking lot a few miles away — allowed me to borrow a socket wrench with the correct 10mm attachment, he even provided a 12mm and 13mm just in case the bracket nut was different size. Was able to swap out dead battery and return it for the core charge along with the borrowed tools. Thanks again for making a potentially horrible lunch into a less horrible one ;-) !!

Victor stayed after hours here the other day to quickly test my battery and replace it. He also helped me figure out some of the error codes my car was showing.

I was here for the first was welcomed by the best of Brett and Phil they were amazing very helpful with helping me find the things for my car and teaching me more about my car that I didn’t not know if I will definitely be coming here again they are my favorite!!!!!!!

I came in a couple weeks ago to get some supplies and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. They had three employees in the store and only one was helping customers. I asked one for assistance and he grunted and said he was driver and doesn't assist customers. So I went to wait in line and the cashier was backed up with 3 other customers so he asked his other coworker Brett if he could get some help. Brett responded sure "If there is any Commercial customers in line come down to my register". No one went up to his register and the poor cashier had to help everyone in the store while his other two co-workers sat around talking. Phil is a saint for putting up with co-workers like that. If I ever go back to that store and see Brett or the bald guy I will leave since they do not help customers.

Great customer service! My car battery needed replacement recently and Advance Auto Parts in McLean did a wonderful job. They were quite busy the day I came in, seems as if many folks didn’t start their car enough during quarantine, but Paul took care of replacing my battery within minutes upon arrival. Curbside service and paying in advance online meant no need to enter the store, which is ideal during this pandemic. Thanks, Paul for your help and great customer service!! Much appreciated.

Got a battery here barely 2 years ago. It started giving me trouble a few months ago. Took it to this store because it was a 'Gold' battery and had a valid warranty, they tested the battery with their own tester and said it was good. A month later battery started having issues again. Called AAA and they came out and tested the battery, said it was dying. They replaced it and the new battery works perfectly, no issues! I don't know if this place is honest...

I had an incredibly positive experience at this location. I needed to replace terminals on my battery, replacement terminals we're affordable and the staff told me exactly what I needed to do for the replacement. I had to borrow several tools, which they had on hand and let me use. I got my problem resolved, and the staff was wonderful. Thanks so much!
