What’s with the costumer service in this store? I’ve work for the brand before and is disappointing to see people not being passionate about the brand or even their work. Had helped from staff on the floor, (maybe manager?) checking out was a different vibe, (awkward silence when I approach as if they were talking about me) was told twice that it was final sale and she even wrote it on my receipt, didn’t ask if I had an Ann Taylor credit card (which I do, opted not to use it) was she having a bad day? 🤔 Maybe, but don’t come to work if that’s the case. As s cashier you’re the last contact the costumer has, and you I want to make them come back. Will not be returning to this particular location.

Horrible customer service. Came in with my mom, none of the employees ever greeted us, and we didn’t dare to interrupt them from chatting to one another. Was the store busy? No, there were 2 people and a whole bunch of sales people. Not one them greeted or talked to anyone. This is the most basic thing in customer service-you say “hello” and you carry on. Or you know…find a job that doesn’t involve people.

AT is bad! It closed my account without telling me, charged me double amount than the balance and sent me direct to debt collection! Just realize how bad it is to create an account because of its discount.

Love the Ann Taylor clothes, so mostly I do my shopping online in part because the staff at the store seem "unhappy" or inconveniently assisting you. It may not be fair because most people don't like their jobs, but I found myself not staying more than 10 mins in the store. Which means more online ordering and in the event of needing to return or exchange, oh boy, the cashiers are so visibly apathetic or careless and annoyed. No rudeness thought. Just mediocre assistance and attitude.

Clothes are great especially when on sale but their online platform and online order and in-store pick-up is absolutely awful. Things that are in stock in the store show up as unavailable online. Things that are available according to in-store pick up aren’t actually available once you get the email confirmation. Very disappointed and will try to avoid purchasing online or at all.
