Horrible customer service. Came in with my mom, none of the employees ever greeted us, and we didn’t dare to interrupt them from chatting to one another. Was the store busy? No, there were 2 people and a whole bunch of sales people. Not one them greeted or talked to anyone. This is the most basic thing in customer service-you say “hello” and you carry on. Or you know…find a job that doesn’t involve people. ~Kristina

Crazy busy, the Saturday weekend before Thanksgiving. Parking was free at the garage, but was filling up quickly at mid afternoon. Lots of items I observed like linens at 50% off. Nike men's hoodies 49.99. Holiday theme in full effect at Macy's, great energy, store wide. ~James

Such rude customer service. I was checking out and the worker Kimberly, she had so much attitude and was very very rude. She did not even say have a nice day or anything, she was extremely disrespectful and should not be allowed to work in places with people anymore. She does not know how to respect customers and i am extremely unsatisfied with how she treated me. On top of that, she kept flirting with my boyfriend RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Never seen such rude customer service before in my life. Never coming back here again. ~Amy

I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences at Boone & Sons and with Eric Boone. I had gone to many jewelers before coming to Eric and he was by far the easiest to work with and the most passionate about making the best ring for me and my (now) fiancee. I came to Eric with a tight timeline and a lot of questions. He quickly identified my needs/wants and worked within my budget to get it done. I found the whole experience rewarding and fun. As someone with minimal experience in jewelry, I felt like I found a real partner to make for the best proposal. All in all, I will seek out Eric and his colleagues at Boone & Sons for any jewelry related needs in the future. I trust him to take care of me and that he will be as invested (if not more) in ensuring my partner and I are truly dazzled. Thank you Eric and the staff at Boone & Sons McClean! ~Nicholas

I personally think this is a great Spencers, run by very friendly and fun people. I mostly just buy shirts here but It’s always fun to look around the store and see what other irreverent things they have in stock. The place is usually very well organized. Definitely a 5 star location in my book. ~willku9000

Ran out of time to leave this the other day- Shout out to the two women at this location today. I had my 2yr old with me and there was some crazy person yelling and chasing people and eventually started slurring “I’ll kill you!” At random strangers. I ducked in this store and my son was confused and you guys immediately made him feel fine. You might not have seen it, but he wasn’t a happy camper right before we stepped in there and y’all gave him some stickers and shared good vibes, so thank you so much! ~Drew

THEY SERVE BREAD and CAN SPLIT THE CHECK. The service at this place is amazing! It will make the price almost worth it but definitely a 18% tip worth it. This is an upscale seafood spot, meaning things will taste slightly different than other restaurants. For example if you like crab cake that is more crab than cake, this is your place. The lobster bisque also taste slightly different than his other restaurants do it as well. The food is good. This is the perfect place for group dinners. The sides are shareable. There were 5 of us at the table and were all able to share each side. I recommend the lobster mash potatoes, oysters, lobster, bread, shrimp and the Mac n’ cheese. Drinks were good recommend the red dragon. Really wish I remembered my waiter’s name. He was a short curly headed fellow… shout-out to him. As a group we spent about $450-500. I personally spent $53 on my dinner. ~Alana

Amazing service! Bachir C. helped me out today and was so professional! My wife was stranded up the street in Tysons and after trying to jump her car was unsuccessful, we looked up closest Advance Auto location. Bachir found a replacement, offered to change out the battery for us, but since it was at the dentist parking lot a few miles away — allowed me to borrow a socket wrench with the correct 10mm attachment, he even provided a 12mm and 13mm just in case the bracket nut was different size. Was able to swap out dead battery and return it for the core charge along with the borrowed tools. Thanks again for making a potentially horrible lunch into a less horrible one ;-) !! ~Tuan
