Considering this is supposed to be like a flagship store in one of the biggest best malls in our area, the bathrooms are hideous. Like so gross. So run down. The store looks great. But then if you have to use the restroom here it just is so completely gross and run down. It's like you went into a different store completely. It doesn't match, it just destroys the whole experience of the store. The the store is great, clean well stocked. Just do not use their bathroom

Macy's has a nice relaxing shopping atmosphere. The workers are stylishly dressed in all black and it's refreshing to see professional attire is still required. Keep up the dress standards!

Very good outlet,with a wide choice for all age groups. The quality of apparel is very satisfying. Prices are reasonable. It occupies a big space ,so that comfortably one can go around and select the clothes of one's choice.

Macy's has been going downhill for years ever since they lost their identity and now just carry WAY too much merchandise making it impossible to shop effectively. We walked around this store for 20 minutes trying to find 'anyone' to help us check out and 'take our money'. I will do my best to avoid in the future :(

Macy's used to be classy and stylish. I could always find something nice even if I couldn't always afford it. My most recent visit was such a letdown! Nothing cute, clothes strewn about everywhere, everyone in line was asking for extra discounts! It felt like Kmart in there! I won't be going back any time soon.

I was looking for women's professional dresses. But I typically look for clearance dresses first before paying $150 for a dress. In the last few years I've always been able to find a nice selection of dresses that are on clearance for 40 bucks or less. But the last two times I've visited the store, they've had almost no clearance dresses available that I was looking for (a line or fit and flare in plus sizes, like 16 or 18). Perhaps it's just a sign of the times that designs are changing and my favorites aren't going to be available anymore. That being said, the staff was extremely helpful and even pointed me towards in a couple of areas to look where I did find a diamond in the rough. But it's nowhere near the selection they once had. Not sure why that's changed so much, but a lot of Macy's aren't stocking women's sized dresses like they used to. Maybe I should just lose weight 😂

Crazy busy, the Saturday weekend before Thanksgiving. Parking was free at the garage, but was filling up quickly at mid afternoon. Lots of items I observed like linens at 50% off. Nike men's hoodies 49.99. Holiday theme in full effect at Macy's, great energy, store wide.

I avoided Tysons as much as I can because it used to be so crowded. I went there today to return some sweatpants. The parking lot in front of the main entrance was full. I went to parking garage D and plenty of spaces. Not sure why everyone was circling around the parking lot when the parking garage is right next to the entrance, just a yards away. The return/exchange registers were right by the entrance, next to curbside pickup. So convenient! I was in and out in mins. The employees were not that friendly, but when engaged, they are nicer. The return process was fast. The employee was able to get my credit card info from the order number and credited the amount back to my credit card.
