Danny was amazing. I was a rather difficult customer in that I had unusual needs. The staff was MORE than accommodating and put up with me at every turn. I have rented vehicles for the past year from this particular Avis to take my son back and forth to college. When I tell you Diamond and the crew always take care of me. They are so nice and very helpful. The vehicles are always on point and when there was a snafoo they were right there to fix it. I love them.

Danny, Danny, Danny! I cannot express enough how helpful you were! Although I did not end up renting from this location, Danny made sure to assist me until my issue had been resolved. This is my second time renting from the Camp Wisdom location. The first time went well but the second time was even better. Diamond is very knowledgeable, respectable and polite, she even upgraded my car at the last minute to a nicer car. I fell in love with the new Malibu, now I'm even thinking about getting me a new car. Rented a van for vacation. Prior to returning my husband vaccuumed the vehicle, per the guidelines. We checked our credit card statement and were charged $250 for sand in the car. We contacted the company regarding the situation and are awaiting the resolution. I will never rent from this company again and would highly discourage anyone from renting from this company as well. Terrible experience
