Horrible customer service. Came in with my mom, none of the employees ever greeted us, and we didn’t dare to interrupt them from chatting to one another. Was the store busy? No, there were 2 people and a whole bunch of sales people. Not one them greeted or talked to anyone. This is the most basic thing in customer service-you say “hello” and you carry on. Or you know…find a job that doesn’t involve people. ~Kristina

Crazy busy, the Saturday weekend before Thanksgiving. Parking was free at the garage, but was filling up quickly at mid afternoon. Lots of items I observed like linens at 50% off. Nike men's hoodies 49.99. Holiday theme in full effect at Macy's, great energy, store wide. ~James

I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences at Boone & Sons and with Eric Boone. I had gone to many jewelers before coming to Eric and he was by far the easiest to work with and the most passionate about making the best ring for me and my (now) fiancee. I came to Eric with a tight timeline and a lot of questions. He quickly identified my needs/wants and worked within my budget to get it done. I found the whole experience rewarding and fun. As someone with minimal experience in jewelry, I felt like I found a real partner to make for the best proposal. All in all, I will seek out Eric and his colleagues at Boone & Sons for any jewelry related needs in the future. I personally think this is a great Spencers, run by very friendly and fun people. I mostly just buy shirts here but It’s always fun to look around the store and see what other irreverent things they have in stock. The place is usually very well organized.
