Almost always have what you need. Sometimes too big. Peaple are friendly, but bring your own knowledge as in depth questions are more than most "welcome to home depot" people can help with. Sometimes I need the knowledgeable person at true value.

I had a last minute project to replace flooring on Labor Day. I am on tight schedule to complete it. Jim O. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave recommendations, arranged to have primer mixed while we continue to gather tools. Found a equivalent but much less expensive tool. Amazingly helpful on a crazy busy day. Sara in the flooring department was very helpful while she was very busy, but juggled everything very well. I needed to get this done quickly while I was in town with my parents and these employees were amazing. I wish all of my shopping experiences were this excellent.

I am always impressed with the services i get at the Home Depot. The staff at this store was, helpful, knowledgeable attentive and super nice. Brian and Liz were awesome.

Customer service at these warehouses can vary so much. However they have an amazing employee by the name of Rachael who was transferred from the 192nd store, so glad to know she is still with Home Depot in customer service. She has been immensely helpful many times and is my goto person.

I went in on Sunday to rent a sod cutter. We were only told about the 24 hr rental with no other options. My husband ran the card, they said it didn't go through so he had to run it again. Well turns out BOTH transactions went through. Charging my card TWICE. We returned the machine 2 hrs and 13 mins later. (We knew it would be a quick job) We had borrowed a truck and trailer that we didn't want to tie up for the entire day. Grateful we rushed it back so we could then return the truck and trailer to my parents. It was only then that we found out about the 3hr rental. He gave us a receipt showing we get a credit back of $56. That would be great if we actually got it. Problem is they ran my card twice Charging $150 both times. So now in my account they have tied up an extra $150 for NO reason. I'm unable to go to store to purchase any groceries or pay a bill I intended to pay today. I called an easy dozen times Sunday, Noone in that department answered the phone. Nor did they bother returning any messages i left with customer service. NO HELP! Called Monday and spoke to someone who just gave me excuses. "It happens sometimes " was her answer. She said wait a week and see if it clears. 🤔 so now that puts my bill past due with fees added. They could care less that they clearly screwed up!! If you intend to rent equipment DONT RENT FROM HOME DEPOT!! All you people at home depot why don't YOU pay my bill now, since you have my money and I'll just pay you back WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT!! It's obviously no concern to you right!?

Love Home Depot. Little spendy but you'll get quality needs met. Good prices on electrics. Plus they welcome dogs!! I would also like to add that MANY employees ask if I need help when I'm at this store. I don't know about other Home Depots, but this one is friendly and helpful! Always.

Store is a complete dump. Product strewn about in almost every aisle, impossible to navigate with a cart. Website lists products as in stock, walked out with half the items I came for. Employees standing around gabbing, no effort to help customers or stock products. Not accessible for an individual in a wheel chair, extreme danger if an evacuation was needed. Bought an item that was marked as on sale at the product location, it was billed at full price. When mentioned to the cashier, she brushed our comment to the side and told us to go to customer service if we had questions. There were approximately 20 people waiting in line at customer service. Bought mixed hardware, cashier ignored me when I told her items were different, again told to go to customer service. Only helpful employee was one I chased down to ask where the restroom was, which was in fact filthy. We will never return.

It's not often I go to a home depot where employees activity seek to help me, it's usually as though they are all avoiding eye contact or in hiding. I did get help at this one though, from more than one associate. Some staff even proactively asked if we needed anything. Quite a few cheerfully said good morning and genuinely seemed happy! So yeah, it's just a home depot but it was really nice!

I thought to update rating from 3 to 5. I meet Jim O on tile and flooring. 21 years there. He instantly led me to grilles grout-- no sand for 1/16 spacers. Then he helped us deal with our inside ornate tiling, along more$ but hey we cheaped it on bigger overall glossy cover tiles for kitchen counter in rental house to sell for low maintenance, also for families with kids. And yes the cheap Brazilian tile withstood the adult not nice test. Hit thin strips with mallet, then placed our hot cast iron la cruset on it multiple times. Nearly burned me hand after removing LC and checking for any burn marks. Nope just my hand burned. Any who, Jim o helped us remember to get a wet diamond glass cutter blade and said to really slow down. We also employed some udder secret techniques, yup gotta adapt with cheap equip. The staff are great, but the home Depot system and culture from above relegates the individual to a number making dividends for boardmembers. I still can find significantly skilled older staff that have indepth product value, but they are switching to under 40 yrs. Who can tow the sell happy sell thing. Also I pick my times, cause angry, impatient, I'm wasting time contractor hate us. Come right before and during lunch hours or Sundays when dey watching NFL to unwind.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on the company for only providing self checkout and extremely rude employees. I asked for help and was told someone would be right over. After a very long wait I gave up and walked away. When I went to checkout it was self checkout only. I asked for a cashier and was asked if I need special help. No I just don't work there and I would rather support a company that actually promotes jobs instead of me doing the work for free. So I will stay loyal to Lowes. They always have cashiers. And not once have I been talked to to like home depot employees.
