I'd have to rate this franchise a 5, but U-haul a 1 star. U-hauls online system and remote rental system sucks and left me abandoned after the taxi dropped me off. U-haul doesn't finalize everything on their reservation system and the phone app you have to use to send pics of your license etc is flakey and doesn't work well. If it hadn't been for the franchise owner luckily passing by after hours I wouldn't have been stuck paying for another taxi to another location. Owner dude, thank you! U-haul, fix your stuff or I'm using competitors.

I have been here a few times and both times is the same rude and unpleasant person. He is so unwilling to help. The first time I thought maybe he was having a bad day but the second time he was awful and rude. I rather drive to Weston or Elkins to rent a U-Haul.
