Great place. People are friendly and helpful. They do charge more for services. Just like 7/11 is more than supermarket. The convenience and faster service than waiting in line. Owner has overheard and payroll for people working there too serve customers. I don’t use it all the time but on the many occasions the service far out weighs the small extra charge for service and convenience.

Worst of the worst. 1 star because there’s no option as zero. I had a notice letter showing they had my package here. I drove from 20 miles then they said there was no package. Then the other day when I tried to re-pick again they said my package send back to shipper.The shipper and I , none of us requested to ship back, and no one contact with shipper or Me either. Hello UPS?

Very rude manager complaining about why my package is not taped, while other UPS stores don't even mention it. He can at least communicate in a more polite way.

I am surprised I wasn't charged a fee for the use of air conditioning, talking to the teller and using the carpet. This place find all possible way to upcharge you on everything. Other shipping stores are all about helping you getting the best deal and adding extra tape on your box without even you asking (thus getting repeat business), but this one is about trying to squeeze as much as they can from you (thus they will not get any more of my business).

Owner asked my to buy $5 of tape for my box which need about 2 ft of tape to tape up, while everyone else's boxes was being taped up. So I bought the roll of tape and left it on the counter and told everyone in the store and behind the counter to use this tape so that no one else is charged. If owners are going to be this way then I say let us customers take care of each other and find other places to do business.

I ship expensive items valued at $10K and more. I have used this store's service on multiple occasions. Every person was attentive to my needs, provided specific delivery expectations, and were very clear about calculating exact expense. I highly recommend this store. The staff is knowledgeable. I have not had any issues with my deliveries. In fact, on several occasions I have received a phone call to reassure me my package had been delivered. Use this store without hesitation.

Don’t even bother going here they charge you to take up your package and they are so rude about it too. They will up sell you on tape. Don’t bother just go down the street to postal annex they have much better service and don’t charge for tape

Well, I won't be going to this UPS store ever again! The little Asian man was soooo rude! He told me that the next time I come in, to have the Amazon return codes ready or stand out of the line. First, you can only bring up 1 return code at a time and when you back out of the first, it defaults to the top of your orders. Second, there was nobody else in the store. Sorry I took up 10 whole seconds of your precious time!

Shipped a package with them and it was delivered to a completely different city 40 minutes from its intended destination. Because it was shipped through the store the claim had to go through the store. I was told I would be contacted by the store in regard to this issue. I was never called or informed by anyone on the status of my claim which was over three weeks ago. It became enough of an issue to where I had the intended recipient of the package go to the location where it was delivered and luckily they were able to recover it. I still haven't received any call from the store since that happened. I'll be using Fed Ex from now on.

I come here all the the time. I’ve noticed a few new people. As soon as I got there the lady gave me attitude. My box wasn’t tapped, I was going to pay for them to tape it for me. The lady began to just get loud and didn’t let me explain to her. The costumer service was bad. I was so upset with the service. I won’t be coming back here again. I’ve never had this problem. I mean especially for the holidays people should have better costumer service.
