I just bought a 7-11 brand pickle from this location. It was the best pickle i’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I thought about it the entire way home and plan on going back and buying like 40 of them. This is the first 7-11 i’ve ever been to so i don’t know how it compares to others but just due to them holding this pickle I believe this is the best establishment i have ever been in.

They're very helpful very courteous and they do try to run off the riff Raff off the parking lot

Trashy, never stocked, there are a few good employees but the rest are rude and couldn't care less. Lots of vagrants gather here, vandalize property nearby. There was a man asleep in the parking lot last night with a sheet over him and I told the assistant manager and he could not have cared less. He shrugged his shoulders like why should he care. It's pathetic. Go to one stop, it's right across the street

Never have what you need, rude employees. There are a couple of them that are nice but most are strung out and could care less. Whoever manages this place really needs to get themselves together, this is pitiful. Lots of crackheads hovering around too begging for change.

Came in and was told i had to have on a mask by a maskless cashier, if i wasnt just trying to get some gas and get out i would have taken time to point out the hypocrisy, but like i said i was just tryna get outta that dump as quick as possible. Unfortunately its the only gas station open 24 hours on the east end of charleston so i didnt have a choice. Also every time i come there some bum asks me for change, and as someone who doesnt have much money myself its quite annoying. I will advise you to never stop here unless absolutely necessary for gas

Went at 9:30pm, and the place was surrounded by and filled with crazy people yelling and getting way too close to you. Cashier was maskless and had a terrible attitude. I will never go again.

As a person who works retail, I can honestly say the staff was rude. I did not hear the cashier, and she was upset that she had to repeat herself. I understand some people have bad days, but this is ridiculous. Go to the one stop across the street. They have down to earth, helpful, and proactive sales associates at one stop. While here you will be met with rude service.

Nice friendly staff but hot dog station is always empty no mustered packs or catchup packs. Hot dog buns cold. And the big punch mustard container never works have to use a huge catchup bottle that makes a mess. Just nasty

Pull in the parking lot and you're guaranteed to be confronted by a hoard of pan-handling bums. Most of the staff are very unprofessional and/or rude. They are often playing loud rap music at night and will sing-a-long/dance instead of listening when you speak to them. Worse than the bums outside, there is one employee that keeps asking me for a cigarette whenever he sells me a pack. Their beer selection is terrible and overpriced. Whenever possible, I go to the One Stop across the street, however, 7-11 is open 24 hours and One Stop is not. Only positives I can name are the 7-11 brand coffee and big gulps.
