The service department was awesome. The name of the technician that I dealt with was Pete. He was wonderful. When I had my vehicle towed in to be repaired on a Monday he told me up front it would be a couple of days before he could look at it. I said sure. He called the next day with the problem he'd found. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said alright, but I have to order the part, and it will be the first part if next week probably before I get to it. I said no problem, I understand. Well, he called Friday and told me my car was finished, the part came in early, and now I could have my vehicle for the weekend. I was very shocked, and pleased considering I wasn't expecting it to be done until Monday or Tuesday.

We bought a used Chevy Impala about 60 days ago from Jim Leach "ole Big Ugly", and it was just that...Ugly. We brought the car home after purchase, put it in park and the engine light comes on. Called Jim and he assured us they would take car of it. Brought it up the next day, said catalytic converter needing changed and wasn't under the warranty, "but they would do it for us." When I got it back the engine light was off but still showing symptoms. Couple weeks went by and light back on. Took it to have it serviced and the red haired lady was rude, to say the least. They asked me if I had even bought the car there , which was really reassuring😩 After finally "finding" my appointment she wouldnt let me tell her what was even wrong with the car. Long story short they charged me 125 for diagnostic fee but she decided to cut it in half sincd they didnt do anything but tell me there is rust on my brakes and they can't work on the converter they changed. I took it to local mechanic today and he said the converter was never changed.

I arrived at the service Dept very late in the day with a battery problem. Pete and the service dept staff quickly identified a dead battery, replaced it and had me back on the road in about 35-40 minutes. Could not ask for better service.

I am not fond of the "Car buying" experience. It took 2 or so days to buy a car. Told them what we had to have to make the deal, and as usual we left only to receive a call 20 minutes later. Then on the way home noticed vehicle didn't have an owner's manual so that was frustrating. Called and was told it would be put in the mail in 2 days. 8 days later still no owners manual. Called and left messages. Salesperson was out of town. General manager never returned calls but did send a generic email later. Finally, got an owners manual over 2 weeks after purchase.

Difficulty with the service department. I got a good deal on a used certified honda and was happy with the ease of purchase and price. Since buying the car I have had to make lots of calls and put a lot of effort into getting a repair covered by my warranty completed. I was told nothing was wrong. And my calls often go unreturned. I do like the courtesy shuttle, the driver is kind.
