I ask for the exact same tires on my car to end up getting something completely different than I asked for and the tires doesn't come with hazard protection. You would have thought that Honda would have discussed that with me prior to me having to make another appointment to get the tires I did not ask for. Do you think they were concerned, no. After they received that money they are good with you. Money is not an issue. I would have paid for the tires I wanted and would have waited for them to come in. Customer service today SUCKED!

I stopped by the dealership yesterday and was immediately greeted by a gentlemen named Robby. Robby was very patient and answered all of my questions and worked with me very well on my trade, which was somewhat complicated due to modifications. He was very attentive but not annoying or pushy at all. Fast forward a couple of hours and I left in a nicer vehicle than I had originally intended on purchasing for less money. It was nice dealing with people that listened to the customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robby to my friends / family.

Amazing customer service! Started the process last week on Thursday drove off the lot with my new car on Monday. Great teamwork from the start! Matthew was amazing on getting everything ready for me, and when i came in Monday all I had to do was sign a few lines and done! We were treated very well. We got the car we wanted, just a little more than expected in price (but the market is terrible right now, so can’t blame the dealership for all of the pricing). Paperwork was quick, and we drove it home. Thanks to Moses for a 2nd car in 4 months! Very personable and easy to deal with.

The Sales Manager was Jim Leach. He was exceptional in providing me with the service I was looking for. I came to the dealership in January and was able to request the very car I was looking for, a 2022 Honda CRV EX-L, and in the color I wanted, Sonic Pearl Gray. It took about two months to get the car delivered to the dealership but it was worth the wait. Jim provided me updates as he received them. He also took his time in explaining everything when I had questions as well as went through a thorough demonstration of all of the car features even though it was past closing time at the dealership. I think one thing I especially appreciate is that he assured me that I could call anytime to ask any follow up questions post sale. I definitely would consider going to Moses Honda again in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

I bought my first ever vehicle in a dealer ship from Moses in Huntington. They were absolutely amazing from Robby, the sales man who showed me the car, to Colton the finance guy and Cleat the GM, they all contributed to making my purchase experience wonderful. They gave me an amazing deal on the vehicle, and I would refer them to anyone over and over again! Robby found me exactly what I was looking for, for a great price, and it was done all over the phone sending car pics via text message! They made it very enjoyable and pretty easy.
