Beautiful pet shoppe in the heart of Huntington on 4th Avenue. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. They offer a nice selection of pet items in a bright, open, organized, and very clean space. We've used their boarding service twice and they are fantastic! Great communication and you have the piece of mind that your fur family member is in caring hands. I highly recommend you give them a visit (if you haven't already).

I had all faith that my Baby Chewy, 12 pound, 5 year old Pomerainian would be cared for during grooming. Unfortunately I received a phone call that she had died during grooming. Humaine officer investigating her death awaiting results. Please beware addition to review. After posting this I received a text from the owner Brian Little saying he couldn't believe I gave his business a 1 star review. Also stating I should expect call from his lawyer in relation to a slander suit. Wow. From Tin Woof Inn, Cannonsburg ky. Where chewy was boarded and groomed from the time she weighed less than 1 lb (until the fateful day she went to Pet Palace for grooming) I received a pet prayer flag and card signed by all staff stating how much Chewy had touched their lives and how much she was loved and will be missed. Need say no more, wow. Never in my life have I seen such a span of reviews from great to down right scary. To Robert Earle, lonestar037, Megan, Zach Farrar, Jason Hunt, SteeleB, Melinda Prrran, Randon Tube, Radius Hidi and Moriah Meyers I am thankful you got your babies back alive. I was not as fortunate. On our walk to Pet Palace Chewy discovered pebbles around a tree and she loved. Made plans to get her pebbles to play in at home. Now pebbles surround her grave. Planned to shop for new toys and car booster seat after grooming. That will never happen now. I die a thousand deaths every day seeing her carried down those stairs at pet palace for grooming, not knowing that was basically her death walk. She trusted me to keep her safe and I let her down. I will never recover. Please keep your babies safe.

Amazing place. We always board our dogs with them and also have them groomed there. Our dogs love them and they take such great care of our animals. Very professional, Honest And trust worthy. From our dogs to even reptiles if we are away from home, we trust them with our whole family!

First time having my shih tzus groomed here, they did an excellent job, reasonable price and didnt keep my babies very long. everyone was super nice, Eddie is awesome! DEFINITELY recommend!

Very fast and friendly people. My dog was nervous but she got all of her nails clipped for 10$. Totally worth it. See you in 3 weeks

I have been bringing my dog to Pet Palace since he was a puppy for grooming, 10 years. I had great results with the former owners, but the new owners seem to be more in business for making money than actual pet care. Two days ago, I took my dog to be groomed and it took 4 1/2 hours. It's never taken more than three hours. I arrived at my scheduled appt on time. The owner ( I assume) gave me the excuse of how busy they were. They clearly had overbooked. While waiting in my car ( two hours) for my dog to be finished, I witnessed multiple employees walking dogs, for which I'm assuming were there for boarding. The employees would literally walk the dogs up and back the street for five minutes or less before returning back to the store. Some of these dogs were large and clearly need lots of exercise but they obviously weren't getting it. It was hot, but they were on the shaded side of the street. There's no excuse why these dogs weren't getting adequate exercise. I will be in need of boarding for my dog in two months and was considering leaving him at Pet Palace, this will not be happening now, nor will I be returning for any further grooming for my dog.

I hope to prevent someone who is considering or plans taking their animal here. 7 years of grooming under previous ownership and was satisfied. Received a phone call after a hunk was taken out or dog’s leg with razor claiming it was a “skin tag”. Our dog does not have skin tags. We would rather just hear that “hey we messed up” but lied to us. Wrong spray was placed on our dog, and came home with matted hair as well. Returned to ask about the matted hair and they admitted to it being the wrong spray applied. Also our dog came home with a flea which was a first in 7 years of having our dog. We all make mistakes and things happen, but this was unacceptable.

Just a bad experience, I asked for flea dip, the same day I see fleas on my dog. She also is cut badly you can see where the clippers stopped each time. I could’ve just saved the money and did it myself.

I sent you a review email to owners and stasff, I have to say Pet palace is a DIAMOND in our outstanding community. You know the ole saying you get what you pay for.Well it was heaven opened up to my cat Daisy, who has just spent115 days at the palace. She was taken care of and loved by staff.My little Daisy is abit hyper and nervous, so she is a kitty that doesnt like to be handled. Instead of turnig us away they took her in their loving arms. Pet Palace is HEAVEN in our commiunity and there is no place like it. I want the best for my little Angel Daisy, and at Pet Palace she gets that and beyond. Including housing while were away. For the first time, I had to board my sweet (and very shy--especially around men) fur baby. She's very much a momma's girl and has never been without my mom or me around. The crew at the Palace was amazing and, by the time I picked her up, she had even made up with the men employed there! To make it even better, they had clipped her nails and gave her a bath! Though she still had her tail tucked, she gave everyone a little love before leaving!
