Allison
Allison in grooming is wonderful. One of my dogs is older and the other has high anxiety, Allison is very gentle and kind with both. Brandon gives excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Maggie always does a wonderful job grooming our senior dog. She is kind and loving, and always asks about his health and general well-being.

The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Especially in the fish department. There’s a girl that’s always there, big girl with bright hair, and she seems to care about the fish but not any customers. You literally have to approach her, she never asks if she can help you. I heard her one day refuse to sell a goldfish to a kid and his parents. It’s like really? It’ll be dead in a few months and flushed down the toilet anyways. Another employee Jerri came over when we were standing there waiting for help, didn’t even look at us, or ask if we needed help. I’ll be going to Petsmart…

I went and found a betta with over half of his tale missing and ick spots on him I asked for the fish to be discounted as it was in such poor condition literally dying and was told sure 10% off a $20 dying fish…. that’s they literally stuck back on the shelf with no treatment! do better cora!

It is frustrating that you can arrive early to drop your pet off for a grooming session, be told to wait for your actual appointment time (which is totally fine), and then wait anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes beyond your actual appointment time. I get being busy, but if that is the case, schedule less appointments or hire more people.

Everyone at the store is always super knowledgeable. We bought our first reptile a year and a half ago and we were completely clueless on how to raise her. They walked us through every step along the way. And things that one person may not know they get you over to an expert within the store that will know. They work like this for all animals that they sell on site. That includes dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, small mammals. Amazing!

Went there for my adopted 8yr old dog's shots with VETCO. She started shaking as soon as we walked in, she was very anxious and nervous, so much so that she had an accident, which never happens! The lady who took our info was okay and nice to her. The vet and her assistant were gentle and patient with my nervous dog they didn't rush her. One held her while the other administered the vaccines. The vet did it so well my dog didn't feel a thing. All the staff were real nice and helpful, their calm and gentle voices helped my dog not be more stressed than necessary. Overall great experience, will be back for routine care. I'm sticking with Vetco from now on 👍

My sweet rescue puppy, Willow, completed the puppy level 1 & 2 classes with Jessica and the Adult level 2 class with Kayla. They were absolutely awesome! Turned my crazy, rambunctious mischevious puppy into one who is more behaved and obedient. Is she perfect after these 3 classes, no. But she has come a LONG way, and now we definitely have the tools we need to keep working with her! Would definitely recommend these classes to get started in the right direction with your new puppy!

The dog trainer, Jessica is awesome! When they graduate they get their picture taken with a little graduation cap and their certificate....very cute! Both Killian and Emma love her! Jourdan is Emmas favorite employee there. Jourdan is wonderful with her....when Emma goes into the store there is only two people she seeks out and that is the two! Killian is more reserved and more into Jessica than anyone else! All the employees are awesome with not only our furbabies, but with questions we have from training to toys and food. I recommend the Plank Rd. Petco for all your pets needs!
