From another establishment, I had a HORRIBLE nail job that I came here to fix. They got me taken care of right away to fix the shape and color, my nails look perfect now! The lady do did my nails was good and sweet and showed me how they should be properly done! Service: Nail repair

Service is always mediocre at best. It's nice that they do walk-ins but the actual work they do is so bad. Nails are never even/symmetrical and they don't do designs very well. They break so easily. They definitely overcharge. Quinn is good but you have to have a strict appt and text her directly.

Personally very disappointed in the quality of my nails. It has been one week and my nails are lifting and causing me great pain. My pedicure also cost $30 extra because of gel polish however, I was not told about the price increase until going to pay. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. I have seen Quinn at Friendly Nails on a regular basis and I am impressed every time. She can do just about any design, works very fast, and does an excellent job with shape and color. Don’t go here unless you hate your cuticles and want them to be buffed off completely. I left with injuries on every single cuticle both times i went here. I would show a photo if I could. It also took 2hrs and 45 minutes for a regular gel pedicure and removal of SNS on nails. I didn’t even get them painted. At one point I asked the lady if I could just cut them myself and tried to take the clippers and she said “No!” And snatched them back out of my hand. Not ok. Service: Manicure

I’ve been going to them for years and each year the service gets worse! Specifically, I used to ask for the owner cause she was the only one with good quality work now you’re probably better off asking for a different tech. I haven’t left there happy with my nails the last few times I’ve gone. My previous appointment will most likely be my last time going there.

This is my second time coming here and the first time, my nails looked great and there was no problem. I came here yesterday to get an acrylic fill and the woman I had was extremely rough on my hands and cut 3 of my fingers with the nail file. Then while using the drill brush she cut 2 of my cuticles and they are very sore and red today. my nails are what I asked for and are cute, but I will not be going back after that. She was moving way too fast and cut multiple of my fingers, which is not acceptable. If you come to this salon, make sure to get quinn or someone else because this lady destroyed my fingers and cuticles. Service: Gel manicures

DO NOT GO HERE YOU WERE WARNED!!! Worst set of nails I have ever gotten. Very unprofessional and rude manager!! Staff was very untrained both times i went here I don’t even know why I went back a second but it was to give the place the benefit of the doubt and they did not deserve it. Ask for a refund they wouldn’t and then asked to fix and they said they didn’t see a problem wrong which is false everyone who saw them said they were ugly. Overall, it was also a painful experience as she didn’t know how to properly soak acrylic nails off. Instead she tried to break them off with a sharp fake nail from the acrylic box and then after soaked them with open scratches on my hand from where she had scraped me. AGIAN, DO NOT GO HERE better places in Morgantown and better prices. Service: Acrylic nails
