They cut my hair much shorter than I asked for. I asked for half an inch to be taken off of the top, and they took much more. I wanted hair taken off of the sides, and most of the top to stay how it was when I walked into the salon. The hairdresser should have respected my request to have long hair on the top, instead of just removing more without telling me.

gave my son an AWFUL haircut. completely ignored what he asked them to do. cut it way too short and these folks need their license revoked asap! Also, left the salon with wet hair. at least blow dry it!? Ridiculous. Service: Haircut

1. I asked for a taper and they gave me a fade. 2. I asked for half an inch off the top and the person cutting my hair said my hair was uneven and I should get it leveled. I submitted and they ended up talking a little more then half an inch off(3 inches) and still managed to make make it un even. I should state that I’m and male that had decently curly hair. After the haircut, it was much shorter to the extent where my hair became straight. I should also state that when I first got into the chair, the person cutting my hair cut a good half inch off and I was content, but my mother asked me to get another half inch off. Here is where the incident occurred. I went from 5-6 inches of hair all around the top of my head to 2-3. 3. Im not sure but I’m pretty sure even my barber knew they messed up. 4. Im not 100% blaming great clips because this possibly could of all just been a huge miscommunication between me and my barber Service: Haircut

Don’t go here. Went a few years back & got such a botched job. Decided to try them again. I felt a little more confident when I told them of my past experiences & she reassured me that the original woman to cut my hair was no longer there & she wasn’t very good. So I got a lob (like I always get). One side is 1 1/4 inch longer than the other side. The sides are supposed to be the same with the back longer. I went to another salon to have it fixed.

I arrived without an appointment or booking but was taken to the chair within two minutes. I asked for all scissor cut and the stylist did not object. She gave me exactly the cut I was expecting and added some layering. I was quite pleased with the result.

Great (pun intended) experience. I walked in and didn't check in online. Had a lot of people ahead of me. Team set expectations in a friendly way, exceeding them, and was great company during the visit. Normally do a competitive brand, but next time I'm in this area....I'm getting the ears lowered here.
