I order a stake and cheese sub with pickels black olive and Mayo and it got delivered with everything on it then called the store and she argued with me saying it didn't have everything on it when it did bad service

Very nasty, gonna stop eating subway, used to never upset my stomach but ITS NOW EVERY TIME!!! THIS COUNTRY has more subway restaurants than anything else.

I’ve been here a few times and most of the time they get it right but the past few times I’ve been here they mess up from not putting the right sauce on there to forgetting to toast it

As far as Subway restaurants go, this one's a winner. I would've thrown that 5th star in there but they didn't have any sweet onion sauce (not their fault, the sandwich artist told me they've been trying to get it for three weeks--to no avail.) Nice clean place, clean restrooms, and a very patient, helpful staff. I took my sandwiches to go but any way you get it, dine in or take away--it is clean and good. Features: No seats outside unless you count sitting in your car or on the ground (either of which you can do, it's your prerogative.) I wore a mask and nobody paid much attention. I probably could have skipped it, other customers did not have masks on. The staff was all masked up and gloves on as well. It was not a threatening or even remotely scarry experience. I felt pretty safe eating there. Even the suspicious bearded fellow in line seemed nice after I was around him for a moment. Overall, I'd recommend this Subway. It's good, if you like Subway.

Ordered same sub same way for years. I know for 100% I picked the correct items. Why would you pick something you can't eat or don't let like. I started calling them at 2:20 no answer. I let phone ring till I pulled back on lot at 2:39. Tried telling them order was wrong on wrong bread. They said I punched it in wrong. I know better. They refused to remake it. Piss poor customer service ever.. I'll never eat there again. Kinda rude handed me sandwich back out window opened up. Had to tell her to put back in bag so I could throw in trash. Worst $8.00 lunch I've ever had..

Done with this place.I have never left a bad review for a restaurant in my life but this is ridiculous.. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad and added cheese,spinach,cucumber,onions and avocado (paid extra for the avocado and didn’t receive and was called a liar) anyway I get home and have NO LETTUCE. I was told I had to specifically ask for lettuce.This is absolutely ridiculous after paying $11 for a handful of spinach and a few toppings. And what made it worse is the lady was so rude to me when I called.Pretty much called me a liar and said there was avocado which there was not!!And refused to make it right.She is the manager at this location and I know good help is hard to find but she should not be managing a store PERIOD!!I go here every week and this is it for me…

Today was my first time placing a touchscreen order, for a Subway establishment. I did not like the set up. I ordered my meal which was more expensive at this location then the Princeton Walmart Subway location, as well as my order was wrong and the store did not have the creamer I requested. The lady asked prior to the order being filled if that was okay. I agreed and thanked her for asking. I got imitation sugar, never asked if it was okay. Plus the bread was wrong. The staff were polite but very slow. I realize things happen, however, I do think they could have asked if I would like substituting items. Others may be pleased. It was close to my shift and I thought I'd try it out. I'd rather go into Walmart next time to place my order inside. I hope this helps this location become a better business. Good customer service.

Staff was busy as it was dinner time. Although they were busy they stayed calm and very friendly. Great customer service. Was a clean facility. All the food on the bar looked fresh. And our bread was fresh. Great visit!

Both orders that I had ordered were incorrect. There was no way to submit a complaint online.The facility has a self service drive thru kiosk, so I'm confused as to how it is possible to miscommunicate what I want on my sandwich. The information was correct on my receipt.
