I ordered 2 pizza and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie seemed like it was made yesterday. Although it did have a good taste it was on the hard side.

I ordered two 8 piece wings, received one container of 16 wings with not even enough sauce for an 8 wings, much less 16 of them . Also received breadsticks with seasoning on only about 1/4 of the sticks. Far lower than the level of food I usually receive.

I give everyone a chance to prove how good they are they did a perfect job except he took 35 minutes from the time I order to receive the pizza which was still no problem

We ordered a pizza which was fine but little to no cheese. We ordered a double order of cheese bread sticks. No cheese on them and the sauce cups were only half filled and very watered down. This is our third trip there in 2 years. Each experience very poor. Will not go back.

Will never get another pizza from there. Worse pizza I’ve ever had. Supposed to be a meat lovers and definitely not. Would give a negative rating but not available. If I’d looked at it before leaving I sure wouldn’t have given a tip. Gino’s is so much better. Live and learn.

Disappointed again. Called in and ordered the big dinner box. Clerk became confused and had to get some one else. Placed order again. Then she said they were out of boneless wings. So I had to get bone in. She gave me the total and it was higher than usual. I asked her why the up charge. She said because I ordered bone in. I said but your out of boneless?? She said yes but she had to charge more for the bone in??? It's only a couple bucks but customer service doesn't exist anymore 😕 Giovanni up the street next time. 3 topping large 12.95.
