Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Called to get my dented rim looked at at 11 (they close at 12 on Saturdays) and he made the time to fix it for me, which I'm beyond grateful for! Reasonable priced fix also.

Made an appointment for a alignment and oil change. I don't understand why you make an appointment and wait 5 hours to get your car back. I would of understood bring it in, we'll get to it. Plan accordingly.

Got my emissions test done today. Only a short wait for others in front of me but the technician completed the test in less than 5 minutes. Another plus emissions tests were until 4pm while others were closed at 2pm.

Grady's reminds me of what gas stations used to be and what they should all still be. They of course have fuel for your vehicle and plenty of fuel to get you moving too(coffee, energy drinks, snacks etc.). Repair shop to keep your vehicle running and driving the way it should and a car wash to keep your car looking good. Happy this one is in my area👍👍

Went to get an emissions test 3 weeks in a row on Saturday. First week they said they don't do emissions tests after 4. Second time they said they don't do emissions tests after 2 when I got there at 3. Today I went there at noon, just to hear that they can't do emissions tests if the garage is closed. Get your times right people, you are part of the reason so many people don't renew their registration and instead drive illegally.

my boyfriend went to get something repaired on his car 2 times which costed 300+ dollars each time. they said it was completely fixed but the problem continued after “ they fixed it “. We called and they said we couldn’t get a refund or get it looked at again because we didn’t have a receipt.

So I dropped my car off on a Saturday and they said they will get to it Monday...No big deal. Monday turned into Wed and Wed turned into next week maybe. Overall, when I walked into the shop no one was working and they were all looking at me. Lazy dishonest people and I would not recommend to anyone, friends or family. I had to pick my car up and fix it myself... Terrible service-Must avoid--Take your car down the street to a different shop

Wonderful service! I just had some work done on my Corolla and I could not be more impressed. The guys were super professional, friendly, and did not try to overcharge or talk me into any extra stuff that I didn’t need. All of the service was done in a timely manner and they did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated along the way.
