This is so sad. We ordered a Rootbeer Float, were given a number as the only customer at the counter, and then listened and waited as several young workers were talking to each other, on their cell phone or on break. Our float arrived after several minutes and we were asked if we had ordered a float. We had the order number on the edge of our table. OMG!! The float did not resemble a float, but was more like a rootbeer shake. The manager was hard at work. Thank you to you sir.

If you're feeling nostalgic and looking for a little slice of Americana this is worth checking out. It's not set up like the A&W's you may remember because it's part of a gas station complex. The food and root beer are the same and in the end that's what counts. The building was clean and the staff was friendly. If you're in the area it's worth checking out because you never know when these last little franchises will close. Enjoy

The food was amazing! The curds are on another level. The staff were friendly. It’s just when I got my fresh root beer it was very foamy. I got 1/4 root beer and the rest was foam. I hope next time it’s not as foamy. Would recommend this place.

Stopped with the family for dinner tonight and got told they were closing early because a storm was coming, for the record the storm is scheduled to hit at 9, they closed at 6:30. The food was good, the rootbeer tapper was very poorly labeled, overall very disappointed, wouldn't have gotten my 3 young children out of the vehicle if I thought there was even a possibility of not being able to eat inside

Took almost 10 minutes to get food with No other customers there. Charged 60 cents for a dipping sauce that's normally included with chicken tenders everywhere. Not to mention they were already pricier than a sit down restaurant. Fries were cold as soon as I opened the bag also. I'd rather eat out of a dumpster before I went back to this place.

When we were walking to the door, they were removing a closed sign because a worker was on lunch even though the worker was still on lunch. We stood at the front counter, waiting to be taken care of for over 5 minutes with 4 workers running around in the back. The service was very poor, and the food was barely adequate. The root beer float was fair. The workers were cold and not friendly, and there were dirty tables all over. We were the only people there.

It didn't seem like the manager( if there was one ) was overseeing people doing their job. I was sitting at my table waiting for my food. The worker brought my food.But--didn't bring everything that I ordered. She forgot my shake--& napkins--and my friend's ranch sauce for Her order. The whole group was standing in the back just goofing around. No supervision at all. The food was made to order though

Clearly they need to learn to read their orders more closely. This was a drive-thru order at first they hand me what looked to be a root beer or something else. Then I get home after to find I have no bacon on a bac Dbl chzburger has you can Clearly see on the order!!!!!! Seems they would all rather stand around and chat then pat attention...... Not the first time something like this has happened!!!!!!!!!
