They do so well with me when I'm there I'm almost thinking about adding some more services I already have my phone through them and my mobile hotspot soon here I might see if I can add a home hotspot of and for Wi-Fi just for a home.

I was very surprised at the lack of knowledge the associate had. On many topics. I was simply amazed at the poor service at this location. Simple questions. Are there any prepaid offers or deals? Are there any prepaid family plans? Let me answer these 2 very important questions for you. Yes and yes. I will never go to this location ever again. The clincher was.... He (colin) ... Was a manager... Go figure. Bottom line not educated in products and service more interested in sitting there in an empty store on his computer. My recommendation is go in educated about what you want or simply go to another location.

10 out of 10 would not recommend! Used to work here manager is condescending, self centered, spiteful person that only cares if it benefits him. And the assistant manager is confrontational, obtuse, and obstinately unwilling to work or actually know anything about her job. Would totally recommend the Eau Claire store if you need help or new service.

I have my internet thru them. Was told I could go into any store and pay my bill. Three hours later, two phone calls. Also speaking with the manager. It was finally paid.
