Hospitality second to none. We were traveling nearby when we experienced car trouble. Dan prioritized our vehicle so we could continue on our vacation. He recommended a great restaurant (Lucy’s), and even picked us up when our car was done. There are not enough stars for us to give. Great experience!! Service: Engine repair

My car broke down on I-90. I read reviews but was still hesitant to have my 'Tundra repaired. Dan came out to Tow Vehicle within 30 minutes. I asked if he could look at vehicle and he said he would fit me in but might be late afternoon. I arrived at shop with and said I would get Hotel in area because I had been up for over 24 hours. They gave me a list of hotels in area and next thing I know there is vehicle for transportation to and from hotel that I was given. Got hotel and approximately 4 hours later they said vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up. I went to return their vehicle and paid bill. I was so surprise on the cost that I explained they forgot to charge me for towing. They said that it was included on bill. Wow I was blown away by their professionalism, honesty and kindness. Being from out of state you are always concern of being taken advantage of but there is no worry at Lodi Shell. If you break down close to Madison make sure you us Lodi Shell you will not be disappointed. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dan got us in for a repair in a very timely manner before the holiday. Helped get the family's van fixed just in the knick of time during what can be a stressful time if year. What a relief to have someone to trust work to.

My car broke down on 90 heading home and made it to the gas station right off the exit and the woman there recommended this place, and I’m so grateful she did. I called as soon as they opened at 7 am and the owner answered and said he would be able to look at my vehicle as soon I could get there. I was able to get my vehicle on low pier mode to the shop and he ran a scan on it within minutes. There was a lot of damage and I need to get back home, so he towed me all the way to Sparta. He was so kind and personable, and very affordable, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

I had a flat tire this morning so I called Lodi She'll. Dan came to my house tight away, pumped up my tire, then followed me to the shop, where he put on a new tire for me and I was on my way very quickly. Dan is the best! Service: Tires

I used their towing service and they were phenomenal! They came quickly, even on a Saturday. The driver, Brian, was very professional and I really enjoyed chatting with him. I would definitely recommend!

We were having trouble with the battery in our truck but put off getting a new one. It died one day when I was running errands and luckily I got a jump and called Lodi Shell. They had the right battery by luck and said they’d squeeze us in the same day! It was finished in an hour and the battery works great even in this cold weather! Great service!

This little auto sale and towing shop has great customer service. The owner and the employees are very friendly, and they stand by the vehicles they sell. They are so easy to work with, and they made me feel like an old friend. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good used vehicle or in need of towing.

Excellent service, extremely nice employees and very helpful. I'm not from the area and had car trouble driving through on a Friday night. I was towed by a local competitor of Lodi Shell whose name rhymes with Dill's towing. Dill had extremely poor service and I was lied to about the timeliness of the repair that needed to occur asap. I called Lodi Shell the next morning and they came to the rescue.

I bought my tires here and had to bring my vehicle back to have them balanced twice. Then every time they rotated them, my vehicle came back without the tires properly balanced. When I complained the 3rd time they wouldn't call me back. Took it to Farm and Fleet and problem solved! Nice staff, but the whole experience left me a very unhappy customer. I will not return.
