I've been a member for roughly 9weeks and LOVE the people especially my small group coach Faith! Faith is great at balancing having fun, working hard with correct form, knowing just how hard to push and she cares about my progress. I missed my last 2 out of 3 small group classes on Wed and Thursday this week due to work conflicts. Not only did she call to check up on me on Friday but she gave me a nudge to come in right then over lunch for a workout. It would have been easier for her if I didn't come in as I was the only one in the class but she cared enough about my continued success to initiate it. This is just one example of how the coaches show they are committed to our success.

Workers really make you feel great. One of them by the name of Rob compliments my arms every time I walk by. He always make sure I get a sick pump and never lets me forget cardio. I go to the gym everyday now just to see him.

After fulfilling my 18 month contract I tried to cancel my membership. After not receiving the cancelation forms through months of attempting. I finally was forced to cancel my credit card they were charging. Now they want me to pay fees and months of membership that I never used and asked to cancel on multiple occasions. Rob at the McFarland, WI location was not easy to work with. I would absolutely NOT recommend this establishment. Join a local gym that cares for their members and business.

This is not my home location that I signed up to but is close to work so I went to this one today for the first time. I loved it the minute i walked in. Bright, warming and very welcoming from when you first step in the door. The manger herself was walking around vacuuming and cleaning all the equipment along with emptying the trash. The bathrooms all have hairspray and hair ties and digital scales. And every single person that worked there was very friendly. I told them all how much I loved this location and they mentioned that they are very spoiled by the owner and that he takes great care of them and the place. It shows! Kudos to all of you! I will be seeing all of you again.

The Club is very clean. It has all the equipment that I need. I’ve been a member for about 11years & all the staff that I have met have been nothing but completely awesome!! They really care about everyone that comes into the club & makes you feel very welcome

Love coming to the McFarland anytime it feels like a family! Everyone is so supportive an a judgement free zone. I feel extremely comfortable coming here! The only gym that would take me after my car accident an I broke my neck an help me learn different movements!

The staff is amazing. I don't feel like I go THAT often and several of them know me by name. They're always nice and have been gone above and beyond to be helpful. The location has its busy times but has some pretty light hours which is nice!

This location just got all new equipment. And it's really nice. The staff seems to be especially friendly at this location too. Not always as packed as some of the other locations.
