Terrible service. No greeting upon entry. No sense of urgency to help anyone. Lazy T-Mobile associates. Terrible service overall. My que to change service providers based upon the lousy people at this location smh. Despicable.

I had such a great experience trading in my phone today thanks to Rich and his associate. He helped me get the phone I want with ease. I was extremely impressed with Rich and his associates ability to multitask as the lobby started to fill with customers. Very great teamwork at this location!

Sitting in the parking lot 12:30pm on a Wednesday. The store is all locked up, trying to get this phone they sold me fixed. Sim card never worked, was told to go finish the updates. Now I have no phone.

Not happy - walked away with a new phone that had a wrong Sim card in it yesterday - couldn't set up anything on the new phone!! Had to go back today & have them fix it!? Is this what happens under T-Mobile??

5 months and counting trying to fix my bill that this store screwed up. Told to email the manager, emailed him 4x, no response. Go back in to the store for a 5th time. He doesnt even know what's going on with my issue. Told to call him the next day, he doesnt answer. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for service, Employee did not care, had zero knowledge. 3 customers came and gone without getting service while I waited. Background music way too loud. Not going back.
