Sounds Audio did an amazing job on 2019 Tacoma, I went in for an estimate and they knew exactly what I wanted. I kept my factory head unit and added a sub and replaced the speakers all the way around and an amp of course. The system sounds great and they mounted the sub perfectly. I highly recommend Sounds Audio, I will definitely be going back for a remote start and maybe a head unit down the road. Couldn’t be happier. I was a little taken back at first by the price but you get what you pay for… Update: The owner is only interested in one time sales, I went back asking about a a rattle and loose door panel which was caused by snapping the clips. He said he replaced those clips and I’m sure he did, but obviously they are failing, he said he could look at it but didn’t offer a time ,day etc.. Totally not interested in customer service, very unfortunate….. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere…

The gentleman I worked with was very professional. I walked in about 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment he asked if I was going to wait for it or pick it up another day. I told him I plan to wait and he said give me about 1.5 hours. He was done with it about 1 hour and 15min. He showed me how to use the remote start and how it works. I drove 18 miles back home and everything sounded (car wise) just like it did when I drove there. They did a wonderful job would highly recommend to anyone!

Installed a two way remote starter. Service was excellent and when I had some minor programming problems I took it back and he fixed it. He answered all my questions about probabilities of how it may have went wrong and what I can do to ensure it doesn’t lose its program again. Smart, reliable, and stands behind his work.

Chris does excellent work. He has been helping me with car audio systems since 2008. In January 2019 Chris installed a 7" Pioneer video audio system in my SUV, the same system in my wife's car months before, the sound is incredible. If you want quality work done, Sounds Car Audio is the place to go.

Incredibly disappointed with the level of service and care taken with my car. I recently had a Pioneer radio installed in my car, and have a quite a few issues with the state I received my car back in. First of all, the steering wheel controls no longer work. I cannot skip songs, change volume, or set cruise control anymore. When we called back to notify him of this, he didn't realize that we still wanted these things to work, and would order new parts (which would be in NEXT WEEK!) before he could fix it. Additionally, my floor lights no longer work, the passenger airbag light is constantly on, the dash screen is stuck on saying "Ford Focus Premium Sound", and there is a new microphone sticking out of my car that doesn't even control the radio properly! On top of all of this, be did not reattach the vent guard to my fans properly, and it's fallen right off! I feel so incredibly robbed by this level of service. Stay far, far away from Sounds Audio!

First of all on a 5 star scale this guy is a 10! I bought a remote start for my 2013 Ford Fusion and had it installed. I was told at the time I would need both keys. I bought it used and thought it was as easy as going to the Ford dealer and getting a second key. Short version of this is Kris worked with me as I returned to his store three times. Each time was because the Ford dealer screwed up the code on the key. Kris has the patience of a saint. He does fantastic work and his prices are right. If you are looking to install a remote start or stereo give this guy your business. He is great to do business with!

Car Sound Audio staff was most helpful over the past 10 years that I have done business with them. Sense then they have installed 2 remote starts, one on my wife's SUV and the other in my truck. I have also have had extensive stero equipment installed in my truck with 3 upgrades over the years. Chris "the owner" has always stood behind his work, even helped me out big time when I damaged my subs because of my own stupidity. His loyalty to customer satisfaction unsurpassed. So far it's been an excellent experience working with Kris and Sounds Car Audio. He did a remote start install, was extremely flexible, and offered a solid price for the work. It's not the cheapest around the area, but if you do your homework they are comparable or better price wise, offered great products, and they have tons of experience. We have a 2012 Honda Pilot and decided to go with the Python responder one. Nice small remote, two way. Thanks Kris, highly recommended!
