DO NOT RENT UHAUL EQUIPMENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Lazy, uncaring staff. The truck was damaged, filthy, turn signal not working, transmission stuck in towing mode, interior lights not operating, dolly was missing, used moving blankets thrown in back of truck. Gas station attendant had every excuse in the book and treated me like I was annoying him for bringing all the problems to his attention. I called Uhaul immediately to report all the issues.

Professional, friendly, & accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. They helped me with the paperwork. Explained any fees before I agreed to rent a truck. Very flexible with the time. Rentals were in good shape and clean.

Really let down here. We were told we had a reservation and drove to pick up the truck. The attendant at the station tried to process our reservation but said originally it was unavailable, as it appeared the spot had been, “double booked”. We asked some follow up questions and upon calling the u-haul branch in that location, the attendant said our requested service was not available, with “no one way trips for moving trucks free until August 1”. We were told this was true for all of u-haul and that this information came from “corporate”. However upon calling around at other u-haul locations, we found out this was not true. If you’re in the area and need to move don’t come to this location, go to Port Washington if possible. However, Investing your energy at this location would be a poor decision.
