I went to Culver's for dinner, the drive thru was average busy. I finished paying for my order at 6:37pm. I waited about 10 minutes before my food was handed to me. As I opened the bag to give my son his burger, I quickly realized it wasn't my order. No big deal, they were fairly busy at this point. I walked in to let them know. They apologized and said they would have my food out to me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. It was the correct food this time, so I went to grab my son his burger and the ENTIRE box for the burger was COVERED in grease! I searched both bags and NO NAPKINS! Grease dripped on my shirt, pants and all over my hands. By that point I had already pulled off so I was pretty upset. I call them to nicely let them know that they should give their customers napkins with their orders. While I was trying to tell this young lady this information of what happened, she was talking to other employees two different times. She apologized and I said that's all I needed and that I would let her go since they were busy. Once I got home, I bit into my burger (double bacon deluxe with NO ONION, NO PICKLES) I bit into a mouthful of onions. Ugh!! I have never had a bad experience at the Mt. Horeb location, but I was pretty upset with this experience for sure!!!

Burger was dry and probably overrated, though it’s good eating hot. Fish fries are surprisingly delicious, which is also quite expensive.

I've been to many Culver's restaurants, and this one really stood out to me! Clean tables, friendly employees, wonderfully cooked food. Would visit again. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and some salads Kid-friendliness: Variety of kids meals that come with a free dessert

This is the halfway checkpoint for myself and my children's father for weekend drop off's. So we come to this one often. I'll start by saying Culvers is a favorite of ours in general. This particular location, however, is by far the best customer service I have experienced. No matter who we run into the servers are always so happy and energetic. As well as the atmosphere here. Always welcoming and clean. If you are a culvers lover and are in this area, I highly recommend this location.

One of the best Culver’s I’ve eaten at. The entire staff does a fantastic job. Matthew has the best attitude and is always a pleasure to deal with, management definitely needs to know. Great food every time.

We saw Culver's so many times as we were driving around between towns and was so excited when we finally were able to order and oh my! Everything that our family ordered was fresh and delicious. The burgers were juicy and tasted like meat should, seasoned to perfection on toasty buns. The crinkle cut fries were crisp and salty, cheese curds were fried to perfection and great with cheese sauce and the shakes and cement mixer were rich, creamy and filling. Culver's will be on the top of my list every time we come to visit in the future

Hey MoHo Culver’s your employees are super friendly :) Editing my review to say that while your personal service is still good, your pint-packing skills have been weak lately. If this was the amount of custard I wanted I would buy a dish, not a pint. This isn’t the first time it’s happened but it’s the first time I’ve been annoyed enough to comment, I got 8 and they were all like this. Do better please! Editing my review again to say that they quickly got in touch with me to resolve the issue and everything I’ve received from them since has been great. Thank you!

How do you forgot all the ingredients on a sandwich?? Seriously! Wow and than forgot to give me my shake🤦♂️ never coming here after this! Large meals and half full Fry's... Hire better staff! Posting 7/13/2020 @ 6:30pm hopefully the mgr sees this and messages me back since nobody wants to answer the phones in the store...
