Rip off! They straight said my price is $112 and I showed them my group on price $69.99 , they gave some excuses and said at least they can do was $98 and I didn’t want to pay $30 extra, they don’t listen!! Go other locations of Jiffy Lube you can get better deal 👎🏻 Thank me later!!

I brought my car to this place very often for an oil change for my pruis and found out they damaged my upper and lower oil filter housing now i have to pay over $300 just to have it replaced from the dealership. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Charged almost 3x the price of a normal cabin filter and 2x an engine air filter compared to buying it from the dealer. Then proceeded to take a partial discount of the inflated price to make it seem like they where giving me a deal. Total scam of a place.

Never going back. My husband took it in on monday 3/28/22 to get an oil change and the technician forgot to put a part back on my car. I found out cause it was making a weird rumbling sound that it never made before. At first it wasn't so loud but the next day it got.louder asked my husband to check it out and to our suprise their was a loose part in the motor. I was gonna take it back and have them put it back but my husband said it was something he could do and qould only take him 2 minutes to put back and i agreed rather than wait there and go thru the blame game. But NEVER GOING BACK I should've just taken it to the dealer like i always do but nop had to take it here. Well atleast i know better now. Technician need to pay more attention and double check their work

Very good service nice mechanics they do a very clean job and fast, edit--- well I have to reset it this I have to say I went to have my oil changed and the drain plug wasn't even put in all the way so I constantly have been leaking oil since my last oil change and I was told from the guy that did it so he has a lot of complaints from Jiffy Lube I guess I won't be back

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Edit note: the area manager looked into what happened and determined correctly that his employees caused the damage. He fully reimbursed me for the replacement of my radiator. That is why I changed it to 2 stars (it was 1). Customer service at the shop was trash though. Unbelievably bad. Won't be back. Below is my original review: My mistake for trusting these people to perform a simple oil change. I usually do it myself but because my tools are in storage I thought a quick change at a local jiffy lube would be worth my time. First of all I stood at the front desk for probably 5 full minutes before anybody showed up from the back (and they were not busy). But that wasn't the real problem. After changing my oil they brought my car around to the front, I signed my paperwork and they handed me my keys. I went outside to get in my car and noticed my hood wasn't fully closed, so I closed it myself. I started my car and immediately heard LOUD BANGING NOISES coming from my engine bay. I shut off my car immediately and got their attention. The dude came over and before even opening my hood, says "they probably left a bottle in there" (apparently they use plastic bottles to catch oil near the oil filter). Sure enough he pops my hood and there's a tore up plastic bottle at the bottom of my engine bay. Then as I'm talking to him, my car, which had no leaks prior to this, starts LITERALLY POURING OUT ENGINE COOLANT. This guy starts denying all responsibility, pulls some other bottle out of the trash can and says that the bottle that was in my engine wasn't from them. Dude tops off my coolant just so I can barely get to the shop across the street to get my car fixed. Looks like all of a sudden I have a cracked radiator as a result of the damage done from this Jiffy Lube. ALMOST $500 IN REPAIRS. Needless to say, I will never go to, or recommend this place in the future.
