The pharmacy tech named Desiree at this locations is supposedly their “best employee” however she is rude, disrespectful and has no problem snatching medication out of people’s hands even after it’s been given to a customers hands. Lack of self responsibility and poor professionalism in a work place. The pharmacy manager is no better with her poor excuse of an attitude after her failed attempt to “apologize” by telling my sister “I’m sorry you feel that way” - well I’ll tell you this. The right complaints have been filed against this establishment including the board of pharmacology against both persons as well as a lawsuit for causing unnecessary trauma and emotional distress from this day. DONT UTELIZE THIS LOCATION. drive those extra 5-10 minutes and get better service.

They refuse to put bags in the self checkout. To get a bag, you have to go over to regular checkout and interrupt the transaction to get a bag. No respect for the customer at this place.
