Jessica is nothing short of amazing!!!! You can tell when someone really loves what they do! It shows!!! Everytime I leave the salon I am so pleased with my hair :) She always has a huge smile on her face and a sweet and kind demeanor! I made an 30minute haircut appointment. It got approved. I showed up for the appt but the stylist was not finished with the previous person’s hair (it was still wet and he was getting out a blow dryer). I was not greeted or told what to do. I felt as though I was intruding. I sat for 15 minutes and finally left. I didn’t get a phone call asking what happened. Update: I showed up for the appointment on a Friday but it was scheduled for Monday. It doesn’t excuse not being greeted. That would’ve solved the problem immediately. I’ll change to two stars.

Nate and his team did a fantastic job with my bridal and birds party's hair! They were so calm and made us feel so comfortable at their salon! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and highly recommend them!

Very poor customer service. I tried to book my bridal party hair/makeup with them and they took over 3 weeks to get back to me. Within those 3 weeks, I called 4 different times. Today, they finally called me back only to say they are in the process of signing a contract with another party. I understand your wedding consultant is only in once a week, but 3 weeks is extremely unacceptable.

Never returns calls and was very disappointed with my last cut told me to find someone else. Terrible customer service and will say so to those asking.
