Terrible customer service. I was told they were out of my prescription, turns out they just did not have in the prescribed dose. Instead of having me call to get the script changed, I was told all Walgreens were out, try a different pharmacy. After a quick call to my doctor, he called to verify they had other dose that would have worked for me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service in the pharmacy. The rest of the store is great on customer service, just the pharmacist Rant over

Ok, Saturday I think it was, the other walgreens had to close, I frantically drove to this walgreens worried, the pharmacist look me in the eye and said "don't worry, I got you sir" and then the pharmacy tech looked and smiled, I went from frantic to calm and they did exactly as they said, they even made sure my medication was available at a 24 hour store in New Berlin in case I couldn't get back in time, these days people just don't do what the pharmacist and tech did, it made my day/week....
