Worst place to get anything done. They dont make time for walk ins even though they are standing there with nothing to do. The salon is filty and they are way over priced for a bad haircut and bad attitudes.

Went here awhile ago for a simple cut. I don’t remember the name of the stylist, but she went super fast to get me in and out, and the haircut ended up being horrible. I had to cut missed portions myself when I got home.

Do NOT go here. They’re beyond unprofessional and are horribly rude. They don’t know how to cut hair well and when you ask them to fix what they did wrong they get mad and tell you they’re going to charge you for two hair cuts. They leave you looking and feeling icky. It’s so much more worth it to just go to a slightly more expensive place for better customer service and good haircut that makes you feel good about yourself since you’re going to have to get it fixed after seeing Fantastic Sam’s anyway. I wish my family learned our lesson the first time around, but unfortunately it took us 3 shots to finally realize that’s just how they are and they’re never going to change. Service: Haircut

Worst place I’ve been to. Lady criticized how the last person cut my hair over a dozen times (I personally loved the way my last haircut was), claimed that my hair was awful condition from the product I was using even though I use the same stuff she was trying to sell me. The lady was so rude that I debated leaving mid hair cut. Have been here twice and both times were awful. I have never written a bad review before but this place was awful. That also isn’t taking into consideration how expensive this place is compared to others. Service: Haircut

First time customer here and I’m pretty simple just looking for a solid fade. Easily the strangest haircut experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch her name but I could tell she was on edge and rushed through it right from the start. It’s uneven and some parts don’t even look like she attempted to blend it at all. She did go out of her way to tell me right before I sat down that we need to hurry up because she has another client. On top of having a condescending and rude attitude. I couldn’t run out of their any faster. I am currently on my way to a barbershop I’m familiar with to see if it can be fixed. Will not be taking my business there again. Service: Haircut

After seeing some of the reviews on here, it makes me question their authenticity. Ali has always taken care of me to the best of her ability from scheduling an appointment to advice on beard health. Never once has she been mean or condescending. Being from another state and raised around a different culture than Oregon, WI I can see how someone might think she is more blunt, but she’s straightforward, honest, and respectful. Ali has cut my hair 4 times..I absolutely love what she does with it. The first time I went to her I asked for a specific style..she explained how what I wanted would not work for me. She is candid, up front, and honest which is refreshing, especially since she is the one that is attempting to improve my looks.
