Lots of beautiful second hand furniture at reasonable prices. I love it when they have these blowout sales! Today everything was discounted and there were lots of good deals!

Cool building and each little area is set up as it's own theme. Nice to walk through but it's pretty pricey for used items in my opinion.

Very disappointed with Belle City. Initial response was very good, however, first appointment was rescheduled because the company went over on another job. There was a mishap with the rescheduled time, I had the appointment date on my calendar on the day after Belle City did. As soon as they called, I told them I would (and did) head immediately to the home, however, they left before I could get there. According to their note they waited 30 minutes. Belle City would not answer my calls after this, or respond to my messages, even though I apologized sincerely and explained that I was doing this for my sister and she is a good customer of their auctions. They also would not answer my email. My sister then called, leaving a message, and emailed and they would not respond to her. Very bad business practice or understanding. I do not recommend this business.

As an occasional buyer I found the place worthwhile. Some things were overpriced, but there were often fine items for a fraction of their actual worth. Then I had them do a major moving sale when we had to go into an assisted living situation, 3 friends had warned me using Traci was not a good idea. I thought I knew her and the staff. My mistake, my costly mistake. Many promises made, few kept, and abuse and threats when I complained. From some of the other reviews, I see I am not the only one who has had problems. There are much better estate services in the area. Too late for me, but... Added in response to owner's rebuttal: the facts of the matter are not as depicted by her. That was the problem with the transaction. The promises and actions were false. Others here tell the same story.

Hubby went for tool hoarder sale, so I expected to walk out empty-handed. Ended up finding a huge letter "H" to add to our initial wall collage plus quirky metal #s for a fun address sign. And they have the friendliest staff!

This is a place that always surprises me with new finds. This is a resale store which primarily does estate sales and second hand furniture - presumably items that didn't sell at auction - and things people just want to sell. These are items that people have had for years and decades and most of it is in good to excellent condition. The vast majority is furniture but I have also seen some very high end and one of a kind decorations, and the prices are reasonable. I just purchased a mission dining room set and am happy as a clam with my latest find.

This company definitely knows what they're doing when it comes to Estate Sales. My father passed away and they made my heartache and stress a little less painful. The owner, Traci, came in and she knew right away what to do. My brothers were skeptical to let go of dad's stuff but the way that this company made us feel, we knew we were in the right hands! They did the sale, cleaned out the house and we received a check for the proceeds and just were really happy with the process. If you're looking for a company to get things done and done right, this is the company to go with!

I like how the store is always neat in set up. I stroll through here often just to see what's new. Pricing is pricing, but we owners are sales people which means you can negotiate if you're not happy. Some come off and as the inventory changes

This place is a wonderful place to shop! There is always different things to look at everything is ALWAYS CHANGING! Perfect place to buy gifts for those who are hard to shop for and perfect place for any one looking to buy or sell new thing for their house because they are moving! They offer great estate sale services and auction services. They get you the most money for your items! All of the ladies are just wonderful and very polite and always helpful!

Their items are interesting to look at. I've tried on two seperate occasions to see if a large furniture item I have would be suited for their store. Whoever takes care of that there (Tracy? It's been a while.) is inconsistent with getting back to you. She responds to the first few emails and then stops. If they're not interested just letting you know would be better than never responding again. People have been nice when I've gone in to browse. I like looking at the eclectic inventory. Business end needs some improvement.
