Before I walked in, I read the signs on the doors and it said “if you are vaccinated, you are NOT required to wear a mask.” I am vaccinated, I decided not to wear one. After about 5 mins of being in the store, 2 employees came up to me asking if I could wear a mask. I told them I was vaccinated, and I told them the signs said the same, but they still told me to leave. One of the 2 employees was not wearing his mask right, and multiple customers went wearing their mask right either. Never coming here again 👎👎👎👎👎 ~maddie

What a shame what this gas station has turned into. It’s literally so sad seeing it like this. All the shelves are empty, the store is dirty, cashier is so rude. There’s dust on all the machines. The cashier was taking out the trash then went and started touching the hot food and donuts with no gloves on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this particular store. TRUST ME on this one ~karim

We reserved a 24' moving truck on October 3rd for an October 28th move, the day before we were scheduled to move I received an email from Alma Valencia at Budget truck rental letting me know that we would have to pick our truck up later than the 8:00am time requested. This was because the truck was being delivered over night and she would need time to refuel it or so we were told. The next morning we showed up to pick up the truck at 10:30 and when we sat down we were notified that they did not get a truck in over night but instead they had a truck half the size of the one we rented we could use. When we inquired about the price to rent the smaller truck we were told that we would still have to pay the high price that we would have had we got the large 24' foot truck. I asked to speak to a manager and when she came out she told us that she had a waiting list of people that would be more than happy to rent the smaller truck. They did nothing to try and help us or make things right. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience which makes me think this type of thing is a normal occurrence over there. Thank goodness for Bob at Hugasian motors whom I called for a U-haul and he rented me a truck immediately. I should have gone with U-haul in the first place but I had a coupon for 20% off at budget trucks and thought I'd give them a try. Never again, rude, disrespectful people with no desire to do a job right or help a customer. The only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't leave zero stars. ~Dana

I have been a customer of this bank back when it was Bank of Elmwood. I moved out of state in 2011 and have NOT wanted to change banks because of the level of service I receive. Last week I was disappointed to find out being out of state was becoming more of a challenge. However, today I spoke with Ray, the branch manager, at this bank and he was SO helpful he worked with Corporate to assist me. He took the time and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, I can't say enough about Ray. He saved me the administrative burden of having to change banks. Highly recommend Tri City and this location in particular. Thank you, Ray for your exceptional customer service! ~Suzy
