I have been a customer of this bank back when it was Bank of Elmwood. I moved out of state in 2011 and have NOT wanted to change banks because of the level of service I receive. Last week I was disappointed to find out being out of state was becoming more of a challenge. However, today I spoke with Ray, the branch manager, at this bank and he was SO helpful he worked with Corporate to assist me. He took the time and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, I can't say enough about Ray. He saved me the administrative burden of having to change banks. Highly recommend Tri City and this location in particular. Thank you, Ray for your exceptional customer service!

I am delighted with this bank. After a fairly terrible experience at Educators Credit Union trying to establisy a Business account I came to Tri City and was met with professionalism and personal care. It was easy and pleasant to make the transition to a new bank. Very grateful for the personal attention and concern.
