I love this Taco Bell. This location always gives the best cheesy bean and rice burritos, and they always give you a lot of hot sauce with your order.

The service is great. Staff is fast, the reason for three stars is due to the consistency of the food. Taco Bell corporate has reduced the amount of food, quality of the food and have added charges to almost every condiment except the hot sauce. Otherwise, this particular location is further away from my home than another location and I purposely travel here because of the staff.

I have almost always had a good experience at Taco Bell. They rarely mess up are order and most of the worker are nice and friendly. My biggest concern is that there Mexican pizza my favorite dish of theirs is always gone.

Please update your hours online!! I went at 9:40am. Your online hours say 9am. I went through the drive-through and waited with no response. I also went to the front door and it is locked. No store hours are posted on any entry door. How is a customer going to know when they can come to your restaurant if your hours on Google are incorrect and it’s not posted on the building doors!!! Very disappointing from such a large company!!

This store reminds me of the recent incident where a manager threw hot water on two women. Their service is terrible, they lie about your orders, speak in Spanish pretending like we can't hear what they are saying. Talking bad about the customer in front of the customer. This store needs to be shut down the service is on par for a lawsuit waiting to happen. The morning staff at sawdust store PWN this store in service night and day. The night staff here including management is complete garbage

Just came to say I ordered a chicken chalupa box and they gave me a beef one and I’m exhausted and annoyed from my day and have no energy or way to go back up there to get them to fix my order. Can y’all just please pay attention man. Like man Ik it’s just food but dang, I want what I ordered for a reason. Dang. On top of that it ain’t even the box I freaking ordered. Like how??? How do you type exactly what I want on the screen and hand me something totally different? How!!!!!

I love Taco Bell usually, but this time was a very bad experience for me. We had ordered 2 white ranch fries burritos(vegetarian) to go, but after going home and taking a bite, I realized that they gave us the ones with steak in it and that’s not right.

this location is exellent... our order was correct and handled perfect. nothing at all like the sawdust location.. they could take a lesson from six pines..

They usually do pretty good here on making sure your order is right. Everyone is human so every once in awhile they forget the sauces but that's okay. The service I had today from Ben at the window was excellent he made sure my order was correct. I was having a hard day and the simple fact that he made sure my order was 100% correct really made it better so thank you!

The taco was well put together but the 5 layer not so much. Best part about it is I didn’t get napkins with it either!
