Becca was an amazing person to work with! She got me in and out in no time talked to me about the plans and really was awesome to have! I switched back due to moving so she made feel comfortable in moving my stuff back to Verizon.....definitely a good assest to your team

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. No one seems to be willing to help me get my issues solved. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do and a manager would call me which has yet to happen. I returned a DOA watch because it wasn't working right and they never deactivated it from my account before giving me a new watch (which is still not working right). They reassured me that it will be removed before my bill is automatically withdrawn. That never happened and the full amount of $217 was withdrawn from my checking account. I have went to other Verizon locations to see if they could help me and no one can because this is an independent store. Before I even upgraded they reassured me that my bill would not be any higher that it currently was. That appears to be a lie. I am going to look into returning everything and taking my business else where.

When I walked in, I was skeptical finding out my usual Verizon magician was not there. But as we talked and discussed, Skylar was ready with all the right answers. Turned out he was great. However, Verizon does not make it simple for us seniors. Only taking debit cards, only taking Verizon Visa. Had to apply and get another credit card that I really don’t need or want . And why am I charged monthly when I own my phone? Bought it and paid the full price when I did. Never had to make payments, it’s MINE! Why are you charging me $8.34 a month for my own equipment ?

Skyler helped me out with all my needs and made sure I got the best promotions for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The staff working there as well were very happy and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Will definitely be returning to this location!

very clean place. I went there to switch companies and Skyler worked with me very well .he was a nice person to work with. he worked with us real good with switching to Verizon and he was training two people and even with him trying to train them he worked with me real well. he was really good with working with us on switching to a different company and Becca was really good with training even though she was in training she was really good picked up on things well.she worked with us well. we had to go back with a couple of couple different things with problems and Becca help with answering our questions and stuff and really worked with us well .I think we will do good with Verizon they’re really good people even the other workers there have help work with us real good. real good company they seem to be real good people there.

Stopped in to BeMobile this evening to upgrade my phone. Skyler was amazing to work with. He was helping 2 people already when I came into the store, but was very professional in asking quick questions to get me looking in the correct area.
