Fixed our car when we had an accident. They did a great job making our Car look new, and when we had a discrepancy with the bill the gal in the front got to the bottom of it right away, before we walked out the door. She was awesome about it.

I needed a new bumper, Bumper brackets, headlight, and some of my fender was dented in as well from a deer. I was very pleased with the quality of work done on my car. I can't even tell that anything had happened to it. After my insurance went to look at it, Gerber finished my car in three days. Gerber also touched up the paint and clear coated the fender. I highly recommend Gerber collision and glass in Sauk city.

After I got rear ended, I was desperate to find a shop nearby to make the fixes. I called around, and Gates was able to get my car in next day! Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and responsive. Kim was a great resource and super helpful in getting everything set up for me to drop my car off. And, after I got it back, it looked better than when I first bought it! The car was clean, and the new parts looked sharp! Thanks so much!

Fast and efficient. They we're able to get a minivan rental for us. We got in for the estimate and the actual service right away. Final repair was very well done and they finished in one day. But our repair was pretty simple.

The work was fine but the repeated calls afterwards from a rude woman in Florida was too much. She calls during work hours even when I've told her I'm not going to answer her questions and to not call me. I block the number and she calls from another number. I had no choice where to take my vehicle, the insurance company chose it and the work should be good. Leave people alone during the work day. I didn't give you my phone number for this purpose, I gave it to you to get my car fixed. I would have left no review at all but now I'm leaving this one because some rude woman from Florida kept calling me.

Gates auto body in Sauk city has given me the greatest experience on multiple occasions, the first time I took me vehicle I had hit a deer and needed a good amount of front end damage fixed on my vehicle, they did an amazing job, my vehicle was finished in just 3 days and they provided me with a very convenient temporary vehicle. The second time I had slid into a ditch and scraped the entire side of my vehicle, I took my vehicle in the next day and they had it completely fixed and looking brand new within hours. These guys are great at what they do and extremely friendly. 100% would recommend to anybody.
