Had multiple good experiences with this shop! Never personally been inside, but they have good bouquets and healthy flowers. Highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re trying to show some love from far away. I’m originally from Madison and send my friends flowers from here all the time. They get them in a timely manner, as promised, same day delivery 😊

My brother-in-law recently passed away and I wanted something beautiful made for my sister. So I wanted a Lantern with beautiful florals on it but was told greenery would look better. Well for $198 dollars this is what was sent. I am so disgusted with how ugly this is. Ugly fake greenery and the lantern was a dated gold color. I said " please make it beautiful " because we were not able to be there. The lady told me "We do good work here" . I have to disagree for $ 198.00 I feel like it was their way of making a fast couple hundred dollars. Totally upset for a brother-in-law that I loved deeply and I wanted something beautiful made. I have worked in a florist and have also had my own business in my home at one time. Believe me when a customer wanted something beautiful, beautiful is what they got and for that amount of money this too should had been very nice. I am just so upset and my sister even told me that it was okay but I would had done way better. If she only knew how much it cost me!!!!!!

The most beautiful flower arrangements were created here for my nephew's funeral. The staff were wonderful during our saddest moment and helped us through the process of choosing the right flowers. I'm a forever customer now.

I never ever want to write anyone a negative review, but oh my gosh! I called to place an order and she basically told me I can’t help you and hung up on me. I called back to ask her if she needed more money for the order or basically to find out why and she just gave me someone else’s phone number and then says good luck and hangs up on me before I can even thank her. It was like I was bothering her for even calling to place an order. This review is about their customer service not the flowers. I hope it gets taken into consideration! :(

Amazing plant knowledge! They impress science teachers! Every birthday and Mother’s Day, I challenge them to make a custom bouquet made with native Wisconsin plants for my mother, a retired teacher who majored in biology. Every time, they come up with unique arrangements that are gorgeous and unique.

I had my wedding flowers created at floral expressions. They did the most amazing job. I had tons of complements on my bouquet and centerpieces. All real flowers. The only downside is that I am unable to keep them forever. They are easy to work with. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose no other.

Beyond expectations! It was everything I wanted from exotic flowers to succulents. The bridesmaid flowers matched so well too. It was nice to meet with them and see it come to life. Beyond thankful, definitely getting them framed to remember my special day.

Unfortunately, my experience was not nearly as pleasant as the reviews I read before going to the shop. I stopped in on a Saturday and discussed some option potential wedding flower/bouquet options. I made an appt to come back the following week. They asked that I email details and images of what I like - I did both. When we arrived, I quickly felt like the email hadn't been seen and that we were a burden/bothering the woman helping us. We discussed flowers, pricing, etc., but I left feeling pretty disappointed/frustrated. I was told a quote would take about a week. It's been well over a month and I have had ZERO follow up. No calls or emails back. Nothing. It ended up being a good thing though as this communication and level of professionalism is not something I'd want to trust for my wedding. Instead, I found Heidi at Mod Bloom and she's INCREDIBLE. If you're looking for above and beyond service, that's who I would recommend.
