My daughter and I visited this location yesterday because she needed to change her phone to a pre-paid account. We stayed there at least an hour to deal with customer service on the phone. The staff/manger Jade, continue to service us while we waited for customer service on the phone. They made sure we were satisfied before we left.

Just went into store to switch three cellphones. The manager was not at all helpful. Music was blaring had to walk outside to hear representative on my cellphone. Their computer was not working so she could not help us receive new phones. Simply not wanting to help us move forward with switching over. What an awful experience!

I wanted to see how my bill would change if upgraded my phone. I walked into the store to see if someone could help. There was a woman who was able to help me almost as soon as I walked in. I let her know what I was looking to do. She led me to the back desk then walked into the back room for a bit. Once she came back out, she kept switching between the work iPad and her personal phone. It took her a few minutes to even ask for my info to look anything up. She said that the iPad just kept taking forever to load. It took overall 15 minutes to get a new quote and her handing it off to another person to help since she wasn’t able to give me the answer. At that point I just wanted to walk over to Verizon and just see how much it would cost to switch carriers. I’d rather pay more for my monthly bill to have better customer service.

This location does terrible business. I went to activate my iphone with only one concern in mind. security. I ask about how it is I use verizon and was wondering how this service provider was comparable. I told her I did not want to be locked in to a contract because I was skeptical. The salesperson decides to insist on the new free iphone credit. she sets up the new upgraded phone and I was locked into the contract for 12 months. The phone credit was not applied. I come back to complain and they give me a claim number so I can cancel the contract and after 4 hours on the phone in store they still did not close down my account. I do not lie to people about contracts to make commission I am an honest person. its a SICKDOPE building i wont step foot in anymore. next to wayward. grosssssssssssssssss

I went there on 11/19/2021 at 4pm and the two employees at the front DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. We went there with the hopes of adding a new line and getting a new phone. The person directly helping us had an attitude when we had questions and didn’t even explain anything. He had to ask questions to his colleague about everything and they were talking indirectly answering our questions between themselves instead of talking directly to us! They said adding an extra line would be an additional $40 plus the monthly payment for the phone to our bill; but right after when went to another nearby location, with more helpful employees, they said with our plan there was no additional cost for the line and we only would add the phone payment! He was rude and looked like we were inconveniencing him by going there… What will I remember most about my experience? Him constantly asking with an attitude, “so what are you going to do?!”… WORST T-MOBILE LOCATION EVER!

I needed help with phone issues on 8/6/21. I went with the thought that I would be told I had to get an upgrade. There were 2 service reps after one left. Each person that entered was greeted by Ms. Trishawna (sorry if the wrong spelling) as she was working with a customer. Her colleague (a young man) was assisting someone as well but took a moment to register another customer & me & returned back to his customer. I had to wait for a little minute but Ms. T was so congenial while assisting her customer, it made waiting less stressful. She ended up assisting me & in a matter of minutes, she cleared what appeared to be a virus, got my FaceTime working & explained how to manage another issue. She also patiently reviewed/explained my account with me. This is a long review but the two reps there deserve a great review for their great customer service!

I wasn't a Customer there. I was with a family member. Went in to pay cell phone bill. There were two Customer Service Representatives operating the store. Seemed as if they were sorely & woefully understaffed. They did their best. After a 30min wait time with a swelling Customer base growing around us, family member was finally waited on. After all that my family member still wasn't able to pay the bill. That was due to the fact that the System / Tablet wasn't able to process the transaction. All I can say is I understand due to COVID things like this happened everywhere, all the time. Just giving an honest opinion / review.
