The store had poor customer service and was not knowledgeable on the current plans listed online on T-mobile’s website. They did not ask what plan we wanted instead defaulting to the $90 (1 line) Magenta max and did not inform of the $5 autopay discount.

Jen is awesome helping us. She professional , straight forward, and knows not to waste anybody time of selling things. I got my iPhone in a heart beat within 30 minutes being there even know I intent to want to get a deal. My boyfriend love his Samsung watch and phone as well. Hopefully she get more customer that love this Harlem New York woman. Great friendly customer service! Quick and know the business.

We have been a long time T-mobile customer and really starting to regret it. We were in the market for a new phone and gave T-mobile the option to match a buy one get one phone deal on Iphone. The lady at the store told me she could add an extra line to our two lines for free and give us one phone for free. However, she ended up charging us for the phone and the extra line. Now, after multiple calls to T-mobile customer service and multiple bills with an over charge of $70 per month we are still trying and wasting hours of our time trying to get T-mobile to fix the situation. We should have been concerned when we were purchasing the phone and the lady was talking about a colleague who was fired and video chatting with a friend while helping us. I recommend avoiding this store.

If I could give this store 6 stars I would! Initially concerned with transitioning phone carriers due to past experiences, Kye and Josh provided excellent customer service. Not only did they walk me through the process of the buy one get one free iPhone 8 deal, they explained my bill and answered any questions I had. Even better... they stayed late PAST store hours without any complaints just to ensure my phone was properly backed up with all contacts, pictures, videos, etc. The music was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable, the employees are stunning. I strongly recommend anyone switching to T-Mobile to purchase from this store.

We were the only customers in the store @10am. Apparently since they just opened I don't think she wanted to wait on us. She was extremely rude and in the middle of conversation she walked out of the store and said she couldn't handle this. The manager or someone who was at the booth where they normally congregate instead of working (the booth needs to be removed) came over and explained that that it was hard to keep good people. I go to the Eastern Avenue store and I have no problem. This store however, is so bad. This was back in August so I don't know if there's any new people. My friend got a phone that worked for two days and then had tons of problems. Too much and too many to go into. If they don't have a new staff don't bother going. That's all I can say because you probably will be sorry that you did.

Guys, stay away from this place! It will save you money, time and health. I've come to them and ask for the 1-month prepaid plan because I was a temporary visitor in the USA in May. It took me about 1,5 hours to be served. I've paid with my card and had been waiting after that for another 30 minutes. After I lost my patience and asked them to give my money back because I didn't want to spend another few hours in this store, they told me something is wrong with their computer and I should go home and wait, the plan will start working tomorrow. I refused to leave without a working plan or money back. Long story short. After additional 1 hour, I got my plan and went home wondering how such a low-quality service is possible. But it is not the end. After 3 weeks my prepaid plan stopped working. Guess why? Because the staff from this store sold me 3 weeks prepaid plan for tourists despite my explanation that I need a plan for 1 month. Guys, stay away from this place! It will save you money, time and health
