Very compassionate and caring staff. I have been to a few other vets in this area since moving to Wisconsin 6 years ago and never found any other vet to be as caring as the staff at New Horizon. I am so happy I was referred to them by a co-worker.

I am a little anthropomorphic in the sense that my animals are my babies. I want them to have the absolute best quality of care. I have called on the wonderful staff at New Horizons many times after trial and error with other vet clinics in the area. Not only have I found them to have the best (and most consistent) quality care for my four- (and three) -legged- babies, but also the most care for me as well. Vets don't have an easy job, and when you bring them an animal that you loved dearly (and have for 13 + years) but needs humane euthanasia, it can be so difficult from an owners perspective. The staff at New Horizons are very compassionate and kind. They help guide you through the good and the bad. And I personally count on them for all of my vetrinary needs. If you are searching for the BEST vet, give them a call!

We have been working with these fine folks for several years. First with our cats and now we've added some pups we inherited after a family member passed away. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Margaret's knowledge level and straightforward style. She has been respectful and accommodating. I appreciated their willingness to schedule an appointment on short notice for one of the knewly aquired dogs who had noted issues once under our care. With little historical data to go on with the dog in question, she was able to provide guidance and a preliminary plan for treatment/care. I feel confident that she will continue to provide good treatment and recommendations related to all of our animals. A few years back, we needed to euthanize an elderly cat. I appreciate that she came to our home. It was definitely less stressful for our sick kitty and helped his passing to be less traumatic for both him and myself. This experience has secured our patronage. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. She has my complete trust.

Margaret and Richard are by far the most considerate and gentle people we have ever taken our pets to. They really treat your pets as if they were their own. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming!! We have used them for both clinic and house call visits as well as emergency after hour help. I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else and would recommend them over and over!!
